The Philippines produces a LOT of rum and some of it is the cheapest drink for expats like me here in Dumaguete (though the cheapest should usually be avoided). It's been a year since my last blind rum taste test, so this time trying Don Papa Masskara vs Tanduay Light. Cheers!
