Joan says "Run away from here" with a bit of a southern twang, making her sound a lot like little Jenny from the "Forest Gump" movie, when as a kid, she says "You can sit here if you want to." and "Run, Forest, run!" It's really adorable.

Lita Ford extremely gifted guitarist, better than most dudes!

I Love The Runaways! Awesome band that really bring me back😉 Ah Nostalgia😎🎶🎸🥁🎤❤🕊💋 Sometimes I wish I could runaway still😔However I know it's only a temporary fix. I have always loved this album....according to Joan, this was the one that broke the band's back, with the producer and all.....

I love every Runaways album and I love this one too...I love listening to this record, it really brings me to my middle school years and putting together my first garage band....love this era...this record has this soft number, but ROCKS on Black Leather....awesome all the way through....

I really did not know anything about The Runaways but,I can see how great they were in the mid. & late 70's .😀 Also for their late drummer may her rest in peace "god bless her " long 💘 live The Runaways!

@bigbadbob58 Vicki left before the recording of this album and I think Lita had to fill in on bass for the studio. So it's Lita on bass, not Laurie. This band went through so many members, reminds me of Spinal Tap drummers lol!

This is such a great song. The whole time I'm listening to it, though, I'm wondering what it would song like if Cherie sang it. Joan's voice was still untrained and thin at the time. Lita and Sandy sound amazing.

she is so differnet to her family its funny she has dark hair and looks like Joan jett and her family look so differnet

All of them were pretty. But Lita Ford, Cherie Currie and Vicki Blue were the best looking in my opinion.

@MsSunshineSuperman, matter of opinion on this I don't think so. Joan is much more talented than Cherie, even though Cherie had that sultry voice. When Jackie left the band in Japan, they had one more gig and Joan played bass for that gig. Besides that, not to toot my own horn but I'm also a talent scout.

Correction it is Lita Ford on vocals. And it sounds like the same voice she had latter in her career, just younger and less of a rasp.
