How do you know where your roots are stuck?

Hi Kathleen, Look for a place up stream where your roots might have caught around a joint or even an organ. Roots come down out of the arch of your foot...but they can pull way up to your hips, your upper sacrum or even further up your body- I have found them wrapped around the neck in some folks. Look for where it might ache, hurt or just be an area of tension. Pulling your roots down from there through the arch and then into the Axis Chakra can make a world of difference. Give it a try.
