I did not realize how funny these intros were until I saw them all put together in a compilation. One of my favorite all time shows. We can all look up to Simon Templar as a role model.

Roger Moore was born to play this role. He was a great James Bond, but, he will always be The Saint.

The best in joke in the last series/season would have been people at the beginning breaking the intro music stopping it (like a Mel Brooks or Monty Python movie) People shocked saying to Simon, " *What the hell is that floating above your head suddenly* !?!?! *Who the hell are you looking at off into the distance or talking too* ?!?" or Funnier, Simon stopping before the intro going " *Who the HELL just SAID MY NAME* !? *Where the hell are you* ?" while frantically looking turning all around himself! lolmao
