I wonder why the writers didn't incorporate Joaquin more? In all of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul (so far) Joaquin was only in ONE episode and he had zero lines and zero impact on the story. He's so insignificant, that I always thought he and Gaff were the same person. Like when Mike garotted Gaff at Eladios, I thought Mike did a shit job and that was Joaquin that came back to shoot them
@@billblaski9523 Shame we didn't get much of him, I was still impressive since he was Eladios Bodyguard and by the looks of it he was the youngest of the nephews probably posted there to earn experience before he could truly get mixed in the business that was going on.
All of them are the Salamanca cousins because they're all hector's nephews. "Salamanca twins" would be better for Marco and Leonel if you can't tell them apart.
@@dnajournal4321 nah she actually needs Tuco as a more sane alternative to her methods. You can see she was about to obliterate the skateboarders before Tuco interfered.
@Chiefs Life Heisemberg hasnt killed any of them. Tuco and one of the cousins were shot by Hank, the other one and Lalo were killed by Gus. Hector killed himself but was trying to kill Gus with him, Jesse shots some random Salamancas at Don Eladios and Abuellita probably stills alive
@@tecniman356 the twins are badass but you can see they are kinda stupid and careless. It won’t take much to kill them. We see them going after mostly low level people.
Maybe a Salamanca spin off. Director did teased he would be open for other BB shows related even so Better Call Saul is finished. So we can have little hope
@@Berserk_96 It would be crazy to see a show about the Salamancas where we root for them) Because we do sometimes root for Walter & Jesse and we do sometimes root for Jimmy & Kim)
Its crazy you never really see them interact with each other much. Like I'd like to see how Lalo and Tuco get along. Does he speak down, respect or try to(...try) bully/punk Lalo? I remember Lalo's line about Tuco "he's got a temper huh". Or Lalo and The Twins.
They would be scary as all hell together, a family of psychos might be a bit much for protagonists. I'd say the reason why we never see them together is plot purposes
Lalo seems to be the most dangerous and respected Salamanca. I don’t know if this is a spoiler but lalo most likely doesn’t die at the end of better call Saul. During breaking bad when Walt and Jesse kidnap Saul he name drops lalo thinking he sent people to kill him.
@@cadebeek3111 yea that's the reference everyone(including me) is waiting for clarification and closure for. Going to be interesting to see what that line means. Though Nacho was also mentioned in the same scene and......😢🌹
One thing to note is that all of Hector’s nephews represent a part of him Lalo represents Hector’s intelligence Tuco represents Hector’s rage The Twins represent Hector’s ruthlessness
Walter chose a good time to be in the drug business. Had he broke bad whilst Lalo or Hector were around, he probably wouldn't stand a chance against them
Imagine if Abuelita turns out to be the final boss behind everything in the BCS finale. Every single problem that Jimmy and Walt encountered, she was behind it. Jimmy’s bad relationship with Chuck. Walt’s cancer. And then the problems that Gene is having. Everything was caused by Abuelita.
Abuelita is the most powerful and best Salamanca. If you call her a biznatch the whole Salamanca cartel pulls up on you, kidnaps you, and breaks your leg.
I just realized that Salamanca's has a dress code. Hector Salamanca and Salamanca Cousins always wear suits. Lalo Salamanca and Tuco always wear Polo and Long Sleeves.
@@PitZagufull shut up. Gus got so lucky that was sheer and utter luck lalo HAD his ass. At least he died laughing staring gus down showing he had no fear or respect for gus.
@@MohammedKhawar-mm9ud I watched all of the Breaking Bad trilogy including El Camino and BCS. I still was more intimidated with the cousins. Lalo was up there too though since he was very smart. I think it's because everytime the cousins were on screen it's bc shit was gonna hit the fan soon.
I usually hate these types of edits for BB/BCS but the Salamancas are the one family this 100% fits with. That family is a chaotically evil force of the Cartel.
