There is SO MUCH gear set up… Event people often have NO IDEA how much money you have in that whole rig. To the audience “it sounds good” but when you hit them with the bill, often they are surprised… not everyone, but a lot of events can’t understand how much all that costs. But if they cheap out, they sure as heck know it “sounds like Sh@!#” - it’s awesome that you put out such a great product!
@markolson7326
Thank you for supporting the cause.
@scottproaudio
Fund raiser gigs are as much about helping the organisation as it is about paying it forward. Huge effort from you both, well done!

Love you guys, Pre-rig your 3 box array in a rolling stack with bumper already on top. A paired 100' XLR & Edison to signal/power each stack. Roll stack under L25 pick and send it. Saves about 30 mins on the in and out. Stack rolls on trailer. L25's are just a pain no short cut. One time pay for every show save. Hope this helps get ya out quicker!

I always enjoy your videos and I notice how accommodating you both are to venue demands and other persons involved. I focused on your comment about it being a two person effort. I’m a retired school teacher and sound and lights have always been my sideline passion. For years I had the benefit of hiring select students for the help I needed for some gigs but for the most part I lost that connection once retired and ran solo until I scaled down operations (if I couldn’t carry it by myself it was gone). I’m also very well aware of your investments and especially regarding the transition from analog to digital. Anyway, I digress…thank you both for putting yourselves out there and know how much your videos are appreciated.

Great job.....It is not always about money. Such a positive

Another great video! I know how you feel doing these long events - I did two separate big setup production gigs back-to-back over two nights. I was shattered at the end of the last gig and had to take a short rest doing in load-out. Well done for getting the job done. These scope of these charity events always seem to snowball so I found they are always more work than you originally thought.
@MichaelNatrin
Great episode!
@TalentLe8159
Great video and after 2-4 day show I got very tired on the 2-3 day so I had to grab coffee to make it through the gig
@mikaellavrell
I have the e835 WL and I changed it to the SE V7 capsule and it was night and day. No more harshness och much better body to the vocal. Highly recommend.

Another awesome video!

Thanks for the great video. Which crank stands are you using? How high do they go? How is safety with them - do you need certifications for certain events/halls? Where can we buy them from?
@markemerson3052
Wireless Workbench 7 - thanks for showing your use case. We've also converted from scanning on the IEM packs and mics to doing a WWB7 scan and then getting s/w to the analyze and assign channels. We had 8 pieces PSM300 in G20 and realized by using WWB7 that in Toronto UHF TV channels 17,18,19,20 are all full so we sold this gear with full disclosure to a guy in Philly where those freqs are available. We like how WWB7 networks with SLXD but find the PSM900 and PSM1000 very expensive. We are considering Audio-Technica ATW-3255 IEMs as they have widest UHF frequency bandwidth and are about same price as PSM300. ATW-3255 have their own networking and management software app - I am very loyal to shure but am very disappointed with PSM300 experience with limited bandwidth and no networking and real-time management.

Wow! What a unique gig! And, what a unique venue! The challenges of this unusual combination really teemed with learning opportunities for those of us who depend on the experiences of The Sound Couple to enhance our own production expertise.

Hey SC, great video as usual. Wha’s the spec for the speaker lift please?
