Not the first time we have seen stuff like this, they did the planet surface full of people for the amarr ascension trials. This seems A LOT of work just for a video.... this has to be another game or somthing...
I found that the people were present and moving around more interesting to be honest. I really wish they would not only bring back undocking but have space bars scattered around to have face to face settings.
EXCELLENT!! Stories coming with new features on a regular basis is exactly what I'm looking for in MMo space games. Please keep up this great work CCP! ♥
What we learnt from this: 1) Ccp has some second-tier generic sci-fi fps environment assets lying around, not sure where they will put them to use, maybe just leftovers from nova? 2) They watched the Expanse
@@NiksSofa nope dust 514 Had nothing to do with structures The recipe for something who is right there in this video, instead of the weird complicated project I’ve been working on.
PLEASE BRING STATION INTERIORS!! Even if it just ends up being an optional addon to keep the game size low unless they want it. I think it would also be really cool if there was a satisfactory-like production job you could do inside engineering stations.
So awesome to see the Scope still running. Such great storytelling! Also, does anyone know what region does the nebula correspond to in 3:54? Been a while since last time I played, it looks gorgeous!
Absolutely love this more narrative-driven and cinematic-heavy Scope episode, very cool guys! I can't wait to see more like this from EVE. I was in the 3% that actually used the Captain's Quarters, and I really miss seeing the scale of the ships in EVE. Getting a human perspective of them in this Scope episode is so awesome, I really hope we get to see more like this, as well as more ship interiors!
Angel Cartel thinkin attacking harmless haulers in nullsec is gonna scare anyone, meanwhile galmil continues to push into Black Rise with fac and t2 hulls blobbing even small Kestrels.
Love the video. Always love seeing old assets from Dust 514 and Station Walking in use again. Really want to see both return. The New Eden universe is a lot more fleshed out than what we see in the spaceship boomy game. Please bring those elements back to EVE!
something something something dust/nova something something something ... Jokes aside, very nice SCOPE video, good story, hope to see more like this in the near future
There should be supercapital modules for deploying boarding parties into citadels and other structures. It would link up with the first person shooter that is in development and then alliances could have attacking and defending teams inside of citadels and other structures. And depending on how the teams do, the structure could get increased or reduced damage resistances. Or maybe if the attackers win they damage the structure HP a considerable amount.
This looks really good, I haven't played to you in a while, I'm installing right now. Is any of this from your action MMO from that London studio they're working on. ;)
I think people will get these ahead of time, before they’re seeded to the stations. Will probably go for astronomical prices on the market with people trying to pay to be ahead of the curb.
How does one go about collecting those fragments they were talking about? Literally reinstalled the game a week ago after about 8 years and am playing as an alpha for now.
Unfortunatry the amount of those ore fragments was reduced in the sites, previously I could have made 1,5 Billion ISK in a span of few days, few hours daily scanning and hacking vip data sites in wormholes, now its few hundreds.
Cheers guys. Are those sites dangerous, I can't fly my old top tier ships due to alpha status and I never trained hacking and can't learn it as already have like 12.5m skill points lol
Great video👍 Especially the file on Zohar - a whole story in a few lines of dossier. But those animations of people dying - the guy convulsing under barrage of shots and the people thrown out of the airlock - they look kinda half-assed and cartoonish. Pretty sure CCP has the employess and proper equipment to do such things better.
@@teddly2277 well, the way our toons used to walk in stations when they could, the way character expression slightly adapts itself to imitate human emotions in a more realistic manner - these things kind of say they at least were at some point
I see a metric crap ton of 3d environmental assets in this video. Im really doubting that it was made exclusively for a cinematic. Unless that means that ccp is going to be in video production in the near future..
