I worked on surgery for about 30 years and this is used, only, for anesthetic purposes by licensed people because it is that lethal. These people control your life during surgery. It is a fine line. Get it?
Prince had been doing a lot of positive things he was warned to stop doing. He was the spook who sat by the door. The industry decided to get rid of him. I don't want to name right now, don't want the heat
@@KnowledgeSeeker78491I couldn't have said it better myself. I loved this man. Not only for the phenomenal gifted artist that he was, but also because I thought that he was one of the best looking men I'd ever seen.
He had health issues because of what he did on stage for years. The surgery on his hip did not stop the pain and he required pain medication. Drs we’re scared to prescribe narcotics so they got the pills from someone on the street, those pills were laced with fentanyl. He was poisoned trying to manage his pain. His body wearing out was because of his work. He certainly had huge issues with the industry, that part is obvious but the industry didn’t mess up his hips. 💜
Jesus you guys are such morons. Why would the "elites" or whatever want to kill Prince? When he was nearly 60 years old to boot? And if they really wanted to, wouldn't they have just crashed his plane like so many other rock stars went out?

He won his masters & he bought the purple rain house (the parent's home) before he died. The realtor thought it was a prank. Weird coincides as well, the song 'sometimes it snows in April' was released years before on his exact death date. And secondly, with all his staff at Paisley Park, he dies alone- no one around in an elevator . In an interview by CBS, LA REID said Prince told him the elevator represents the devil. The premise for the song "Let's go crazy"- never let the elevator take you down. He dies in an elevator on the lobby level.

Unless you’ve had chronic pain like he had I would ask you to mind your business, as a chronic pain sufferer myself I know what pain is like, you take the meds, your body gets used to it and the pain remains. Don’t call him an addict
This is my comment from above but I feel it fits here as well. agreed... Some people have injuries or conditions that can only be helped by opioids. It's not whether they are addicted or not (they are) but the only choices in life are excruciating pain or taking medication to lessen it. They will have to be on the drugs for the rest of their life. I think this was the case with Prince and when his regular doctor didn't fill his prescription, he got his pills elsewhere. Apparently, they were in a prescription bottle and he thought he was taking a legit script from a pharmacy. He was not some junkie buying shit in a back alley so he could have a good time.
@rlynn5390 @jayl878 you both hit the nail on the head. People who have legitimate pain and 'need' the meds just to function & slightly dull their pain are in a whole other class than the ones who pop pills just for the high. Another way to say it is that there's an honest difference between being DEPENDENT and being ADDICTED. **And it's honestly bullsh1t that those with a legitimate need for the treatment are treated like Dru9 seeking addicts by government policy, by many pharmacies, and also by ignorant know-it-alls online and sometimes even face to face in their personal life
@@SunriseSurpriseIt's just a mess and I can't imagine how they're gonna sort it out. Doctors are scared to prescribe pain meds- unfortunate since pain is the number 1 reason that people seek medical care. I was in a ridiculous amount of pain a few days after I got an angiogram. The doctor in the ER walked up to my bed, and assured me that they were going to "get to the bottom" of my pain and not "just throw pills at it." Well played doc. If I just agree, how could he know I needed pain meds- he's not psychic, right? But if I tell him Im not stupid, and I happen to know that they can "get to the bottom of it" WHILE treating this knee-bending pain on my side, he gets to quietly note that I have "drug seeking tendencies" in my file. Plot twist- The angio had left me with an internal bleed and a hematoma had formed literally on a nerve center. And 20 years ago when I had meningitis I was prescribed oxycontin on my discharge day. My discharge was held up because THAT DAY it became state law that it could only be prescribed to the terminally ill, it was SO addictive. So instead, I went home with 100 mg morphine twice a day, 90 vicodins a month for break thru pain, and new drug that came in a patch and absorbed thru your skin. It was the first time Id ever heard the word fentanyl. Legislators playing doctor- that's what happens.
We can all be thankful to have been graced with Prince’s talent and genius creativity that will live on forever and continue to be enjoyed and beloved by so very many. Thank you, dear spirit who lived and created in this world as Prince. You are so very loved!
If Prince took pills that were laced with a deadly drug, then he was murdered, and Kirk Johnson and his doctor need to go to jail. Prince was a generous and musical genius. When Prince learned that a venue was not treating their IATSE stagehands well, he refused to play at the venue, forcing the employer to do right by the workers. Rest in Love, Sweet Prince ❤
I do not believe it was Kirk Johnson fault. He did everyrhing her could to get Prince into rehab after the plane OD incident. It was kirk & the Rehab employee who dounf Prince dead. Prince knew the rehab center employee was coming to pick him up. Read the book on Audible. The death of Prince Rogers Nelson, an investigation. Prince was hooked on pain pills due to hip replacement surgery in 2010. He was in constant agonizing pain.
@redroisin1 Yes, he was, but plenty of people are different religions that believe against doing drugs but still can become addicted to pain meds. Have you ever had surgery or been in a lot of pain for an extended period of time? Pain meds are extremely easy for the body to become addicted to. He had hip surgery in 2010 & was prescribed Codine pain meds for the pain. It is believed that He became addicted to them. More than likely, he hid it from people, especially because his religion was against it. Prince hid it from as many people as he could. There were bottles of Avil & Tylenol in Paisley Park that had well over a hundered narcotics pills in each. That is what the investigation came up with. The book is on Audible. "An investigation into the death of Prince Rogers Nelson." It was written by one of the decrectives who was assigned to Princes' death. It's a really long & an interesting read. There was little doubt of Princes years long addiction. The only questions left at the end were where did he get the pills laced with fentenol from, and did he know? He was being admitted to a rehab facility in California in the a.m. ( on the down low 🤫) The doctor from the rehab sent his son to accompany Prince to the facility. It was the Rehab Dr.'s son, who found him dead in the elevator. Prince had accidentally overdoesed. We are all vulnerable humans & even know our faith tells us not to do drugs. We can think of them as the meds. Your Dr. Perscribes you & that it is only temporary. Many get caught that way. What a loss, he is greatly missed.😪
@@Babydaxanddolliesaddiction is not the same as dependency. If you’ve followed Prince then you’re familiar with all of his moves, splits, high heels while jumping off high levels, nonstop moving and dancing! He ruined his hips which eventually required surgery. Obviously the surgery didn’t relieve his pain and he required pain management. Because of the opioid crisis doctors were all very apprehensive to prescribe narcotics which is the only type medication that relieves that kind of pain. It became more and more difficult to get the medication he needed to continue on with his work - long hours and touring can really take its toll on the body. Plus it was April In Minneapolis which is during cold months which only exacerbates the issue. Kirk helped to get him pills which were in fact laced with fentanyl. He took what he thought was the regular prescription pills he had been taking but instead it killed him. Didn’t they say he had enough fentanyl in his system to kill several elephants? That was not taken on purpose, which means whoever supplied those pills inadvertently poisoned him. I’ve had 3 reconstructive surgeries on my right leg/ankle. They did not go as planned and have left me disabled and with CRPS which is an incredibly painful condition on top of the original orthopedic issues I already had. I see a pain management doctor once a month and I fight pain off every single day. I can’t even begin to imagine living with this pain but still living his lifestyle which required such intense physical activity. He was dependent on that medication to continue to entertain us. The song I Would Die for You has much more meaning now. He was not an addict, he was a man struggling with pain who was poisoned, period.

At one point in time he was one of the biggest vocal artists, guitarists, song writers and producers. He could play drums, keyboard and bass. He made his own record label, had his own recording studio and when he died he apparently had a vault full of songs that he'd written over the years. He was literally all things to music and lived it throughout his life, he may of had his demons and a bit of a recluse in his last years. But these downsides in his personality are nothing compared to some people in the public eye, long may his memory, influence and memory live on.

Sometimes being rich and famous can be dangerous to your life. Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, John lennon, and so on. The list is too great. Fame can be dangerous, but many people want it.
I will NEVER believe he willingly used those drugs. He was health conscious and stated once how that he would require his band to change their diet (no sugar) and health habits to prepare for the rigorous physical and mental requirements associated with touring. People can believe what they want, but that excuse will never fly with me.

Its hard for guys who are short, people can be so cruel. I remember being teased relentlessly by this one guy and it was ridiculous. I didn't care, it didn't bother me to be short but this one guy just wouldn't let it go. When someone is trying to put you down and make you feel bad, it's something wrong in their life, something wrong with how they feel it's not you. It's projection and there's nothing you have to take on, its their problem. Don't let anyone put you down. If you accept yourself theres nothing they can say to hurt you. Accepting who you are and how you look for this lifetime is a sign of strength. Love is always the answer, no matter the question.
I grew up listening to Prince and loved his music. But he was human and in chronic joint pain. I believe he did have a addiction to pain killers whatever they may be. He was a honest man about the industry and spoke out bravely. That and his music is what I will remember Prince for.
Prince was smart enough to know what he was to take for his pain. He was set up. Ironic he was going down in the elevator like his song and a cartoon about killing him and on a TV show that had his poster in the background with the words DEAD POET SOCIETY Written across the top . The show was called (SCANDLE) .I was sipping on the REDRUM each time I would notice it
I really believe he died due to trying to always give his fans the full Prince experience live. The one time I saw him live in the mid nineties, I couldn't understand how a man could be that athletic in heels and perform that hard for multiple shows. It wasn't normal. The pain that dude most likely experienced could have easily led to a pain killer addiction.
They say him jumping around on stage in high heels was treacherous to his joints and ligaments. Then came the drugs to dull the pain and get him ready for the next show. Then comes the inevitable addiction and OD. I don't care how Prince lived or died. Trust me, I've been much worse on the drug front than he or most could ever be. What matters to me is how brilliant he was in his calling. Only Michael Jordan, Muhammad Ali, Michael Jackson, and Nat Turner have ever been as great at their chosen fields as the Purple One. Wait a minute, how can I forget the one who inspired Prince the most. The greatest guitarist EVER: James Marshall Hendrix Jr. AKA Jimi.
