Great vid, but it's not "Tee-yok" the "tt" makes a "d" sound, and the "eok" followed should sound like the -uck in duck, but try to keep your tongue pressed to the roof of your mouth when pronouncing it!

Great Korean food coverage. Tteok-bokki is Dduk-bokki. Tteok/Dduk is the rice-cake part of the dish - the chewy stick part that you joked about blurring out lol Tteok/Ddduk is pronounced like 'yuk' but 'dduk' almost like duck.

How’s Curry-Ya compare to Zen Curry? Love the Korean comment because it’s so true. I’m Korean but my wife isn’t and whenever she tries to pronounce something, I can’t help but laugh.

This looks like a great spot. Tteok is a tricky one. The "Tt" sounds like the letters "Th" in the word "The". The "eok" sounds like the letters "uck" like in the word "Luck". "Thuck".
