NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
pork counter fillet - 1 kg.
fresh milk - 500 ml.
breadcrumbs
eggs - 5 pcs.
breading flour
sol
pepper
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Cut the meat into 0.5 cm thick steaks. Knock the steaks lightly. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in the fresh milk and stir. Cover the bowl with foil and leave in the fridge for 12 hours.
12 hours later. Prepare the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Bread the steaks in the following order: flour, eggs, breadcrumbs. Arrange the breaded schnitzels in a pan, cover with foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2 hours later. Fry in moderately heated fat until golden brown on both sides. Remove the schnitzels on kitchen paper. Serve with a garnish of your choice.
