Recipe.
1/2 cabbage.
Chop finely.
1 cucumber.
Cut into thin slices.
1 carrot.
Grid.
Prepare the dressing.
A bunch of parsley.
1-2 cloves of garlic.
Juice of half a lemon.
Olive oil 50 ml.
Spices to taste (salt, pepper, dry garlic).
Grind in a blender until smooth.
