Kwame has been running Twist nightclub for 12 years. He moved from Ghana where he was born to various countries including Nigeria, England, America. He has now settled in Accra, Ghana. He shares how he changed his business model and how he has made one of the most successful clubs in Ghana. He believes that those around you should also rise with you and encourages his staff to also start their own ventures. He has recently started a record label called Twist Entertainment Legacy and has a production company is in the pipeline.

Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia etc, we in the west (including those born in there) need to make our plans and head home to Africa. The "hay days" of UK, US etc are over. It's time to create countries that no one wants to leave, unless they feel like seeing snow.

It is the dream country because they have smart leaders who have effectively reached out to the diaspora. NaNa Oddo visiting Barbados 🇧🇧 meant the world to many people I know both here in The States and in Barbados. Made me look at Ghana 🇬🇭 more favorably.

From anecdotes, it takes 3-7 years to settle/break-even/adapt/blow etc for those wishing to come back to Ghana (or any other West African country). Now it's gonna be HARD in this period prior but if you perservere not only can you find whatever you are looking for you can also find whatever you are looking for with extra bonuses. Kudos to Vanessa with her eye-opening content. When you next find yourself in Ghana, Konbina Graham would make a great interview. Born in UK but repatriated to Ghana and it's been upwards for the bloke, very inspiring story.

Is anyone using Cryptocurrencies in Ghana? A good topic would be on how to minimize the cost of cross-boarder transactions using these methods and how it could help local trade. The coin I use to send money to my family in JA and Nigeria is NANO as it's feeless and instant, there are many others you could talk about too. If you look at the adoption stats for Africa, it's definitely worth taking a look into. Love the content!

Your interview skills brilliant So you can organize a school to train people for interviews. Eg the solar hand washing guy from kumasi. He is recognized by United nations but how is he going to interview when he goes global with his level of communication. The young man needs help to communicate his skills to the world. U should visit the traditional banks, they would advice u better plus they offer longevity, security etc for your funds. One of such banks is GCB. Other banks have different products but with the traditional banks its almost safe..

Check databank online, Ecobank, Fidelity and talk to them also. Ask all the questions u need to be sure too.
