I made this for my family a few days ago and it was so amazing!! I haven’t had a good gf dessert in several years and I’m not even a lemon fan. I made this for my husband and mom because they love lemon desserts (they are not gf like I am) and I did want to be able to eat something sweet. When I ran across your video I had so much confidence in your recipe that I went for it. Not only was it easy, it was phenomenal. My picky kids even loved it. You’d be surprised, they will actually dislike desserts sometimes and this one got a lot of “mmmmmmhhhmmm mommy” and belly rubs and smiles. I am off to creating your flour blends and start making your breads which is an area I have not had success in. When you have time, can you make a video explaining all of the tools you use to bake with? I want to buy and stock my kitchen and get my joy back through your recipes.
