What I have learned from smart people like Kevin is the ability of self control and self respect. I believe it is the master key to "success". Whatever success means to you. Kevin does a great job of explaining this in a artful way. If I did not exercise self control and self respect, my life would be vastly different. Yes, I feel like a successful person.

Very true about the snacking and eating garbage between meals. People act like feeling a little hunger is going to kill them. I never really had an appetite in the morning to begin with, so I just don't eat anything until lunch time. Eventually you get used to it and it makes you feel good. Just setting some healthy habits and routines and developing some discipline gives some good structure and stability to your life. Doesn't just have to be with food.

Great point about the clothing, I work from home and basically as long as I have clothes on that aren't torn I'm pretty much good to go, but I decided this year that I'm DONE wearing V-necks "to work". There's something to be said that when you dress like a professional you are more likely to act like a professional. If you're in saturday house work clothes are you in your saturday state of mind subconsciously?

It's really important to have a balanced routine, personally I can't have a day without taking some time to work out and rest properly

I would add just a bit about alcohol...it messes up your digestion also. Totally agreed on 2 max 3 drinks and only 2-3 hours before you sleep or it just kills energy the next day.

Gotta mostly agree with him on cocaine. I tried it once, it was absolutely fantastic. Got 2 days worth of work done in 6 hours then partied all night. I know a handful of people who got a lot of short term success with it. It seems to help people with ADHD more than most. I will never touch it again. I have a very anti-addictive personality and cocaine is the only thing I've tried that I could tell would be a problem for me (and I'm not really talking about drugs per se), if I used it twice I may not be able to resist the benefits despite being well aware of the gutter it lands you in if you screw up even once.

It’s most important to be authentic. People get in trouble trying to be something they aren’t. When your authentic, everything falls into place. Be who you are, then go from there.

Hi Mr. Wonderful, I have a 2-part question about the inception of your business: 1. When did you know you wanted to become successful in business? AND 2. Once you knew that you wanted to become successful, when did you start your own business? For example, did you intentionally wait a few months/years until you saw a great opportunity, or did you just immediately have an idea/hunch that you launched right into?

I really like and appreciate the fact that you mention lifestyle modifications. Dieting never works because you aren’t changing your behaviors. When you look at it as a healthy lifestyle is when the magic happens and it’s less stressful. Love the content, Kevin. Keep it up.

When it comes to alcohol, I am usually like a pilot.....I don't drink on the same day I work and on the rare times I do have a drink on the same day I work..... No more then one beer and it's with my dinner hours before I go to work.

I think it was Forbes that surveyed a bunch of millionaires/billionaires and basically the most common thing was they all get up between 4:30-5:00 AM, workout, and plan their day while everyone else is asleep.

Mr W Answer this please! - so what aspects of business do u know today and if you had little money how would u start and scale that business to heights never before then try take it public. In a hypothetical world where there are few obstacles and nearly a straight line to success would would the phases of growth and company lifecycle look like.

As a European I’ve discovered that most Americans have a very extreme approach to alcohol They either overindulge to the point of losing control or they abstain completely Almost every day I drink a glass of something enjoyable, always after work ( just like Mr Wonderful says), It’s part of our culture and as long as I’m in good health I won’t give it up With alcohol it’s just like with everything else, moderation is the key !!

Dress for success Eat right Don't do drugs/drink Sleep right

As far as cooking your own food, I'm the last person who would do that, but then I tried it again and realized my reason for not cooking were not actually true, which was I don't have the time because when I am hungry I need to eat right away. Sometimes you need a quick snack, sometimes you need to quickly eat a lot, but many times you are able to cook food. It's also nice to enjoy taking the pride in making the food right and enjoying the reward of eating healthier and fresher food than premade food. . That pizza looks good.

Alcohol is tough - I think part of the issue is people don't treat it seriously. Even the question asked about "drugs and alcohol"; alcohol is a drug! An addictive, hard drug at that, and you should know what you're tampering with when you drink

I have been involved in this entrepreneur journey since I was a kid. The pandemic was a great thing for me. Look for opportunities in every crisis right? I have reached a new level and realized how much my mind change and how the many years of listening to so many individuals like yourself, began to work consciously. You mentioned many times that if you had to choose, you rather work with women entrepreneurs for many positive reasons relating to making more and more money. So I wanted to know what are the pros and cons of both genders in the entrepreneur world and what are the probably the three most important things to adopt we can learn from each gender to become a smarter business owner, budgeting money, taxes, growth, creative design etc. Many times us men are very cocky but women are the ones kicking ass!

That's the big question. How do you wake up and feel great about the day, excited to be living in the country you're living in, with all the kindness and innocence and amazing things happening around you. I used to feel excited but not in the last few years, and no amount of cooking gourmet meals or fasting or trying different alcohol, gets that youthful innocence and excitement back.

I enjoy watching Sharktank too, and I always wonder and pray that one day I will be standing in front of all of those investors .. I own a small business myself on traditional clothing for gentleman young or old, which I innovated into a modern twist, especially for those who are always on the go and have problems wearing it.. Why? you may ask.. wearing traditional clothing is part of our culture.. and putting it on is such a hustle and time consuming and sometimes you may need someone's help just to make it stay and look proper and tidy. .. hehe really love talking to you about my idea with you but i just wonder if you would understand about our culture.. see you around and stay safe..

If you can't handle controlling the amount of alcohol you were consuming to the point that you felt you were being unproductive, you probably have an addictive personality, or have unstable characteristics that destabilizes your productivity or day should a variable like alcohol be introduced. Says more about the person on a case by case basis rather than the substance that is alcohol in the form of drinks.

Never done illegal drugs, I am going off drink, really hate how it makes me feel and makes me sluggish and not feeling myself. Giving up completely will not miss it, I would rather have a good cup of coffee. Or water. Getting into watches at the moment looking at a nice watch around £500 watch and then go back into investing again. Got to enjoy life but delay gratification as well.

What kind of Systems ore people employees do you have in place to be able to live your lifestyle? Like personal assistant’s health training, psychologist on the payroll to keep you in the right mindset, maybe some kind of a life coach. Do you have people that work for you doing odd things that normal people wouldn’t have like driver’s-maybe someone who preps you close for you so you don’t waste a minute of your time on things that you don’t like ore aren’t Important to you but need to be done?
