My mother was Filipina but passed when I was young so I wasn't raised with her beautiful reicpes I slightly remember the smells of the kitchen and how she watched her adobo cook....your channel brings me so much joy and a real sense of how she cooked. Thank You!!!
I cooked this dish following Kuya Fern's instructions but without the chicken liver (my kids do not like the taste of liver meat), and it still tasted great. If your kids are like mine, you could try adding in fishballs or squidballs (which most kids prefer). This is the easiest pancit bihon recipe you will find. Two thumbs up! Mga mommies, TRY NIYO 'TO!

I think this is the best way to cook it! I like how you put the soy sauce and oyster sauce and let it reduced, it helps to make the meat very tasty! I add chicken broth to my recipe to make the noodles absorb more flavour! thanks for this vid! :)
I watch a lot of cooking videos of other youtubers and I get some recipes from them that Kuya Fern doesnt use and mix it up. But when it comes to the cooking technique, I love Kuya Fern's style and always do his technique. Except the sauteing part, I'm a garlic first kind of guy 😂 Thank you Kuya Fern :-)

I cook my pansit differently. With celery, snow peas, carrots, lettuce, kikiam or squid ball. I stir fry them first in soy sauce to add flavor. Also, I boil and fry chicken liver first before stir frying it then. Malansa if isama sa sabaw ung liver without cooking it first. The last piece de resistance is topping it with fried kikiam or squid ball.

I like that you soak the bihon with the sauce while cooking. 3 questions. which is better with chicken thighs or breast? I would like to add the shrimps but already cooked as a topping? I noticed you didn't use baguio beans and snow peas would those be too much for pansit?
