Wow, I just have the smell of chapati comming to my nose! Really! I spent one and half year in India when I was 20! And still today (I am more than 50!)I can smell that wonderful and appetizing smell of wood-fired chapati! Thank you for your teaching, Bonjour from France Please why don't you use only ghee?
