IIRC, one of the clever design features of the classic Chanel jacket was adding weights so the tweed would have a better drape. And at 1:42.. 1:43, it *appears* she is sewing a metal chain into the interior of the jacket. This is mezmerizing to watch & the music choice is perfect.
