Thanks for recommending the scent diffuser and oils that are safe for pets. If you're interested in essential oils, please make sure to purchase ones that are not harmful for your pets if you have pets. Unless you have birds. No essential oils are safe for birds. No scented candles with birds, either, please.

I gave up scented candles when my heating guy told me of the build up of oily soot he found inside ducting. I also noticed my walls becoming sticky with constant candle burning. Now it's only very occasional use of an essential oil diffuser or wax warmer.

Good morning…many thanks for all of these suggestions! I admit that I have gone a little okay a lot overboard with artificial flowers! I went around the house and pulled the flowers out and just left the greenery! What a nice difference! Green always brings life to a space so again, many thanks…❤❤❤

I have a small cottage so storage is a premium! I buy throw pillow covers to change my existing pillows. Cheaper, less to store and makes it easier to follow a whim. IKEA has so many, and Amazon is helpful. I do the same for outdoor pillows too.

I also use throw pillow covers. They store so much easier than pillows themselves and there is a pretty good selection available berween Amazon and other stores.

I feel your pain about the bath accessories. I had found a set that I liked on Mercari but was too expensive. Finally got an email to say they had dropped the price so bought it. Thrilled as it matched my neutral colors in my master bath. A day later the seller canceled the sale and refunded the money. So still searching.

I discovered a blow dryer set on cool and low velocity will gently blow out the dust from artificial flowers. Just be sure to go outdoors to do this, don't hold the dryer too close and you might want to wear a mask as well.

it would be impossible to have live plants on my dining room table and in nooks around my home that don't get a lot of natural sunlight. Especially in the winter months. Artificial stems a perfect for those occasions and places

It depends on the intensity of the scent setting and how many hours a day you have it running. My scent cartridges last 45-60 days on an intensity level of 4-5 and running 8 hours a day/7 days a week.
