Just a reminder Awareness is being in present time not in a past thought or trauma….it’s like touching a chair and admiring the quality of the chair or whatever and not thinking but recognize what is truly around you Present Time…. be in the now….
See if you can just let go of wanting to know what the words mean, see if you can let go of wanting to figure out what to do with them and just let the words wash over you and see how that feels inside.
There are very loud screechy sounds behind you that are disturbing for my ears. I have to keep letting go of that on top of the nice process you are giving. It would be cool if next time you find a quieter place.
