Where was your mention of Cardiologist George Shehan's seminal book " Running and Being" from the mid 70's.. He was THE running philosopher who wrote 5-6 books and was also the medical editor for Runners World magazine...

Why is it that a lot of statistics are given for college graduates and not American Citizens of other careers? The college industry wants everyone to go to college and be indebted but Americans can have a good quality of life at any level of our society. Thanks 😊👍❤️🇺🇲
