Here’s the thing. Graves didn’t betray anyone, or was a rat. He was never 141, who would he betray? Yeah he said “they’re your brothers now” to the shadows, but he didn’t say “they’re MY brothers”. Also, Graves reported to Shepherd, as a PMC commander. PMC’s are just mercenaries, the stark opposite of a vision-guided operator squad like 141.
@@ghostboi1413hes not wrong tho , hes from shadow company , hes a mercenary. He got paid to do what they told him to do .But you can still hear he doesnt want to do it when he says it doesnt have to be that way. And hes still alive.

Honest question.. Im not into the cod universe anymore.. But without men and weapons, ghost would smoke grave, wouldnt he? And is it worth it to come back to cod just for the sp? The shorts look awesome, like its a good story game. Im not really a mp player anymore, so it would be sp only.. 😁
@@EpicIntensix1.well it would be a fair fight cause they're both regular people so i can't answer that one 2. yeah its really fun and BO6 might be extremely good SP,(the only bad SP was MW3)
@@asiangaming8409I actually made this a thing amongst my squad, so when we drop on DMZ (we still play it) or even Warzone. We make a small plan of where to get to, and everyone just goes “Yup-yup” super out of sync 😂😂😂

I hate how Activision was like "Oh he's a cool character! Lets make him suddenly evil and start murdering everyone." Like, there was no reason to make him that unreasonable.
The dude was following orders from Shephard who he is indeed at a higher rank then Graves, so he kinda had no other choice. He didn't want to resolve to violence, hence why he said "Nobody needs to get hurt here" my man gave them a chance to leave but they just didn't take it. All in all, great character. Kinda fallen off in mw3 but hopefully he makes a good comeback
The betrayal from Shadow Company here hurts more than the original MW because they are much cooler especially Graves, they are tactical and in the beginning they help out a lot.
What are you talking about? The original betrayal took out Ghost and Roach and led to an awesome ending. This quite literally led to almost nothing and nobody died from the betrayal.
@@captaindeadpool2655 No, no mate you got it wrong. By betrayal, I don't mean any 141 dying, I mean losing Shadow as allies. See, in the OG MW we just see them as some soldiers protecting Shepherd, we don't specificaly know any of them, they are in a few missions and they never work with you. Here, they work with us from the beginning, they look much better, we get to see Graves who is a very well made character.
He didn't deserve to be a villain, I would have liked to have him as an important ally in the rest of the saga, like his Shadows and Alejandro and Los Vaqueros
Pretty sure graves is the only character in cod campaign history that has betrayed 141 and got to live and also was still admired AFTER he betrayed ghost and soap and to love someone who shot soap and nearly killed ghost then they gotta be one good ass character and graves is indeed
Graves is so cool and interesting cuz the normal soldier thinks, behaves and acts like a soldier in a uniform for the most part: that they are part of something and roles need to be filled to produce maximum effect while graves feels like a soldier in a suit: his only purpose is to climb ranks, pass of his roles to subordinates, and make any problem he has someone else’s regardless of affect.
