Nice shave Stephen, Fully understand your current position. As it is raining outside right now, I decided to watch a few videos and there has to be something like 100 videos waiting for me to be watched since the last time I looked. Producing content is also really time consuming and the summer is way too short to lock myself in the bathroom... I am most likely going to restart in the fall but I am enjoying the break to really want to think about it right now. Enjoy your summer and don't worry about nothing else it is just shaving afterall and it would be sad to pressure yourself into doing it just to please others. Have a great summer and hope to talk to you soon!
Dedicating ones self to watching videos is very time consuming as well,I've just given that up.I watched one yesterday and it felt odd watching it for some reason. Thanks for your kind words and good luck with your channel,I hope your summer is going the way you want, cheers.
Hi Stephen. I've already watched and commented on this video but want to again send a hello and thanks for all of your videos and support of so many youtubers. I know life comes first (this I can very much understand). I hope things are well for you and family. All the best
Everything is good here. I just realised one day I was spending too much time on social media and trying to keep up with peoples videos and make time to make videos after working all night. Now it's time to take back my life so to speak and find other things to do. Thanks Trevor for looking in on me,I hope you and your family are well too, cheers.
The Suffolk Shaver yes, that's what I heard recently. Social media really can take over our lives. Glad to hear that you are doing well. You are making the best decision for you and your loved ones, and I will never argue against that-it is so important! Especially when RU-vid and/or social media is keeping us from our families. Take care!
Second comment. I've been quietly growing a stache for a while because of an ingrown hair on my upper lip. Now that I rid of it, the time is sadly almost about to come as I'm gonna shave the mustache off on Monday. I'm on your side for today's game. Hopefully they make it to the semifinals and then ultimately the finals to determine who is boss. Great shave by the way
Ingrowing hairs are a pain,it means that we have to shave around them or it stops us from having a perfect shave.Luckily for me I don't get them very often, but when I do,I use a facial scrub to try and help the hair to break through the skin. Thanks for supporting England in today's game, finger's crossed we have a good game. Have a great weekend and thanks for watching and commenting. Have a fantastic shave on Monday, cheers.
Now I am felling better Steve and in my early morning Wednesday shave I used my fatboy on setting 6 with a gilette 7 o clock yellow blade brush was chubby 1 soap was proraso green and also used the matching aftershave
Glad to hear you are better now. I couldn't use my fat boy on setting 6,too aggressive for me. I love the scent of proraso green, the scent just doesn't long enough, cheers.
Nice shave Stephen. I've been trying out a Shavette the last couple of days myself, but I made the mistake of buying a cheaper brand just to try and get used to it. Unfortunately the clamp doesn't hold the blade too well and it loosens whilst shaving, so I certainly won't be trying a whole month until I get a better shaver.
That doesn't sound ideal Paul,I got mine through Amazon for about 8 pounds,it was reduced from 15 pounds.Good luck in getting a better one and having great shaves with it,and stick with it.Cheers.
Hi Steve- Great shave today; thank you! You are really doing very well with the shavette- great job! Good luck with the soccer match and have a great rest of the weekend! All the best!
Thank you Mike,I find the scales get in the way some times,a part from that I enjoy using the shavette. Pity it doesn't work with a thicker lather. Enjoy the rest of your weekend, cheers.
I also had reaction from two different kshave worx soaps I had. I personally gave up on kshave worx. It was disappointing because I enjoyed the scents, but the reaction was uncomfortable during the shaves... Eng/Swdn game is going to be tough but hopefully like u said may the best team win...have a great weekend, Stephen!
The Suffolk Shaver Yes. I see what you do. Unfortunally it's not that easy in practice😜 I acctually let it be for a while. I take it up when I get the mojo back again👌
Oh no that means it's true you are throwing in the white flag????? In all seriousness you are the Last one I expected this from. True your body of work will last a very long time, but the nothing channels like mine think your are like Moses, like Superman, like the first man on the moon to us ! If I said I wasn't sad I would be lying. You don't owe us a thing ! I always thought you Steven were giving from the heart and I know I was not wrong,so for whatever reason your heart is not with this gig anymore I support what is right for you always ! Kit
cheers bud, youre getting better with that shavette. shame about the reaction, think cris at ACA said he reacted badly with grapelicious, also K Shace Worx enjoy your weekend mate
Great shave, Stephen. Sorry you had a reaction to the soap. I haven’t tried that brand yet, but I’ve been intrigued. I couldn’t help but notice that the soap dissipated quite a bit upon applying the lather. Did you notice any difference with performance with the dissipation? Have a great rest of the weekend, and...GO ENGLAND 🏴!
I added a lot of water to the lather to make it slick for the shave with my shavette,if it's thick the razor sticks to the lather and may cut the skin. I hope your weekend is going well, cheers.
Hi Stephen, just catching up on videos(I’ve been on vacation). Thanks so much! I have just emailed my address to you. Let me know if there are any hiccups!
