The real question is about self-identification. Just because someone has melanated skin doesn't automatically mean they identify as Black. For instance, Indian people are melanated, but that doesn't mean they identify as Black.

Watching it at 10x speed and skimming thru moments, especially the embarrassing ones, defeats the purpose of the whole reason you would get the 100M. depression might not necessarily be higher than it was in the past. it is diagnosed more. there are significantly more mental health professionals. there’s a robust pharmaceutical industry. there are a lot of factors that have lead to more people being diagnosed and treated. also, the stigma surrounding mental illness has changed. people are taking about it.
