Q: would you guys ever combine a few nations that dont have enough vehicles for their own tree into 1 tree? e.g european nations like hungary, romania etc
theres this bonus red triangle that tells you the general direction of the enemy, it shows when you look at a general direction and incase you didnt see the enemy, the crew will tell you via that they spotted an enemy...... very useful
It was mainly useful with AA when aircraft were so loud you couldnt track more than one, if the plane was off screen you would get the red triangle indicator and could look towards it, but now that planes are at a manageable (im not the only person that finds hearing a plane behind you while driving your tank creepy, right?) noise level its less useful. The only time i have ever found it useful or noticed in ground RB is when i was hull down behind a hill and was checking for enemy snipers and enemies to snipe in my cromwell 1, i noticed the indicator at the bottom of my screen, confused i looked down to find a bushed up m24 at the bottom of the hill waiting for me to push over. (Hill was about 30 degrees from flat)
@Not_Ambrose I meant that rendering in arcade is different from RB because I have had tanks render as I turn corners in AB and tanks render kilometers away in RB when I don't look at them
Q: Why are other factors like optics not a part of the Tank comparison? out of all the light tanks here the swedish CV90120 has the easiest time aquiring and aiming at 2km distance thanks to its superb optics.
I think they're both equally terrifying. The sound of the A-10's 30mm cannon evokes the fight or flight in most humans while I would imagine that the Jericho horn on a Stuka gives you a feeling similar to that wince you make right before your mom hits you upside the head for doing something stupid.
I have to guess with Jericho, mainly because if you hear the A-10s cannon, then it means you weren't the target, and the Stuka's Jericho means you are already too late to hide
God, I love the HSTV-L, but the thing is also kinda a pain to play due to the firepower. Please, fix XM885. It's supposed to have penetration resembling 105mm M774 and also have more spalling. Yes, it will be extremely good. So move it up to 11.3 when you do so. It's meant to be a glass cannon, but the cannon itself is frustrating to play sometimes.

@@HIFLY01 Kv 2 has like, 34 second reload. A more smaller,cramped, with less crew for reloading Su 152 has faster reload at around 20 or below seconds.
Q: have you ever thought about brining out game modes for the previous events, for example making it so you can cue up submarine battles or helicopter battles (edit) agreed there is an event going on at the moment but I'm talking about the modes that are more realistic like the 2077 event since it feels suitable to be within warthunder as a common cue up Maybe I'm wrong but it would be nice to have all the events in the game on a 2week cycle or something
Q: have you or will you consider adding Areal Refueling into the game? we're at the point in the tech tree where aircraft can do it, and fuel issues in top tier are very apparent
Interesting idea but I’d argue that the requirement to choose between enough fuel or lighter aircraft adds to the game. However I think an aerial reloading point would be great

Will US aircraft ever get a br update? A lot of early jets and are extremely Uncapable of competing in their br especially with uptiers. Every other country has some specific advantage that makes them more enjoyable to play. America however doesn't have any, as well as how quick your team gets wiped, it's completely unfair.
I would like the answer but I highly doubt they will. If they plan to add subs they will probably tease it to gain hype instead of answering a random question.
I hope Naval EC gets added and we aren't lead on just like with Air RB EC. Edit: forgot to mention how U-boats would really fit into Naval EC meta since U-boats are more strategic rather than tactical vehicles.
I'm not really a fan of these caricaturized pseudohistorical speculation episodes, it glosses over actual historical integrity for a "simple history" style pop narrative and ultimately distracts from actual design nuance and legitimate demands and considerations of militaries and their doctrines. This was a pretty egregious failing in the segment covering the F-104J, basically stating outright falsehoods using a character attack on an individual in an administrative as its justification while ignoring the reality on the ground being Japanese pilots did in fact like the F-104, and a similar failing has occurred here with the B6N.

Yeah, premiums count just like a tank in the techtree. This also means that if you need to purchase another vehicle to move up a rank, buying a premium will count to that and let you move up in the rank
