Robert has done 3 of my competition X5's and as someone who has only been shooting a year in competition and 66 years old, he makes the gun so much easier to shoot. Also great service and a great person to talk guns with!
I so appreciate your videos! I really enjoy switching out parts and upgrading my competition guns. I just bought a P320 for steel and I've installed springs and deleted the thumb safety with a new grip module. It all went quite smoothly, all thanks to you!
Robert is excellent! I’m blessed he lives 30 mins from my front door. I beat the hell out of my pistol training for, and competing in, USPSA matches here in TX. One pistol has about 15K rounds and it runs flawlessly. He’s currently building my 3rd legion for competition complete with a custom barrel.
That looks like an awesome trigger job, would love to have that done to my new X Carry. That Sig Armors tool is definitely going to get bought, makes break down look so much easier
Rob did a competition job on my p226, and X5 which now an XCarry lol. Truly a professional and a great guy. I wish I could have hung out more in Texas but I didn’t want to linger.
Good video. Would have liked more disclosure on the work performed. Not exactly what was done but at least the parts worked on or replaced. Great advertising for the smith tho.
A minor annoyance with the 320 triggers for me is the lack of positive pressure from the trigger on reset. It's lagging a bit behind the trigger finger. It appears this trigger job may alleviate this issue. Is the trigger "pushing" a bit more going out to reset or does it still feel likes it's following a bit?
Hey - really love your videos. Just got rid of all my Glocks and now have a 365 & 229 legion. Just ordered the 320 compact (3.6")and was wondering if the larger slides like the 3.9" will fit on the compact grip module?
The cool thing about the 329 is all slides fit on all modules. Whether it looks goofy or not that’s up to you. Personally I prefer a compact great modules with my full-size slides. I do not like the look of the full-size grip module

I guess the question is how does it compare to the grey guns kit. Obviously going to be better, I get that, but $170 better? I'd guess yes, but would love to see a side by side
Jason Anziano out of all the options available (currently) I think all the other options are better then the GG kit. It is lighter than the others BUT the trigger pull and reset is waaaaay longer than the others. To answer your question is it just ridiculously short and crisp Sig Armorer). That FCU is in whatever 320 I am shooting that day. Worth every penny.
Little bit different. Once you get past the manual safety it’s the same. I do have a video disassembling the M17 though. Have you seen it? Are you just looking for info on how to disassembled the M18?
Jason Calcidise I absolutely did have a problem with it wearing out. The metal is too soft. The pivot pins don’t last long. Armory Craft is made from solid steel. It also reduces the trigger pull weight by 30% for non legion p320s
I'd love to have a trigger pull like this but it's not practical or even possible for me to send my pistol in from abroad. So is there a drop in kit that gets close to having that much less creep and reset distance? Pls say yes!
Don't know if it is still relevant for you, but I recently did some more trigger work on mine, and a gray guns trigger kit plus an apex tactical trigger bar will get you a nice set up. AN armory craft trigger will allow you to remove a teensy bit more slop from rest. (I don't know that I would have bothered if I didn't already own one). This set up removes almost all pre-travel, a huge chunk of overtravel, and moves the point at which the break occurs more towards the beginning of the trigger pull. It looks like this trigger job may reduce total trigger travel slightly more than the combo I listed, but it' close.
