Recipe 1:
6-8 chicken legs

30 ml vegetable oil80 ml soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon black pepper
4-5 cloves of garlic
Bake at 190 ° C for 40 minutes
Bake at 180 ° C for another 10 minutes
600 g potato
Approx. 100 ml of water
350 g mushrooms

70-100 g cheese
1 egg

100 ml cream (12%)
Recipe 2:

Season with salt and pepper
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
300g / 10oz. white mushrooms
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
4 sprigs of thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons flour
120ml / 1/2 glass of white wine
and 700ml / 3 cups chicken broth
Add 160ml / 2/3 cup heavy cream
Parsley
Recipe 3:
8 chicken thighs.
Salt and black pepper.
1 tablespoon butter.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
1 onion.
3 cloves of garlic.
Cook over a low heat until the onion turns translucent.
1 teaspoon salt.
2 teaspoons oregano.
1 beer 240 ml / 8 oz.
Add the chicken thighs.
1 cup chicken stock or water.
Cook for 20 minutes on a low heat with the lid on.
Turn and cook for a further 20 minutes without the lid.
