I really admire the visual work and layout that went into this game, but the gameplay .... ... could use a *little* polish. edit: actually some of these boss fights are rather creative, and the references are pretty on-point. Bender was a great choice.

Now this game was very fun to play through, bosses and all. The only thing I regret is not getting ALL of the stages and their collectables. That became my main mission.
Honestly and I know I’m late to the party, it really is underwhelming once you get all the collectibles. Like yeah, you get infinite power but that plus all the abilities your characters get by the end of the game don’t apply when you go back and replay missions, it just works for when you’re running around Springfield with nothing to do
i don't remember most of these bosses much actually, but probably because i played at like, 5. lol. i do remember just going around the towers goofing around in the lard lad fight.

I absolutely loved the Sparklemon and Medal of Homer levels. Just felt like incredible parodies but took a lot of great effort in very unique levels. Runner up would be the grand theft level
@@corban7503 Me personally I don't buy plants. I love the challenge of fighting through the game with out buying new stuff. Now if they had video ads or mandatory buys then yeah i'd have an issue.
Some of the bosses in this version are way different then they were in the PS2 version. For example for King Snorky I think all you had to do was drop a electric eel in the pool his over and drop him into it one time and the fight is done. Also the Matt Groening boss fight room seemed a lot more fleshed out and the room seemed bigger in this version. Also all the Sparkelmon fights in the PS2 version are just cutscenes you don't do anything in.
Well in Wii, PSP, PS2 - Some Bosses are easier than the more younger consoles or harder PS3, Xbox360 - Some Bosses are easier than the more older consoles or harder That’s all really XD
wii,psp,ps2 versions are "castrated" or "mutilated" versions of xbox 360 and ps3, due to console limitations. so they are worse, with missing levels and features like exploring springfield

36:19 this boss is hell on the ps2 version. There’s more enemies, I think the inputs have a delay, and the I Am repairs itself after you destroy it. Also, this is a really old comment of mine, but what about that boat you have to destroy by flicking dolphins into it? It has a boss health bar so... Does that count as a boss?
My god, the cel-shading work in this game is fucking amazing. On a sidenote, wow: Sonic Boom on the Wii U wishes it could've been this game so freaking bad, what with all of this character banter LOL

Why can’t there be more games like this? With its self aware humor, ok gameplay, hand drawn animated cutscenes, good soundtrack and great interesting levels.
My favorite Boss in this game and in any Simpsons game is Matt Groening! Simpsons’ Creator! You have to close the curtains he is behind, while he creates a million Benders and Zoidbergs that you have to dodge!!! That is so awesome!! This means that Futurama is canon, proved before Simpsorama even aired!!!

Even with the graphics man the Simpson’s always predicted the future and had the best graphics as is even in 08-09 when it got realesed it looks like 2022 shit we need this game again
