Donut Mod 4 is almost upon us, as on April Fool's Day, Donut Team released what many people thought would be a prank, but in reality the prank was that we thought it was going to be a prank!
After 11 days, I finally decided to record the Donut Mod 4 Beta!

This game gets the nostalgia going really well :) probably why it's lasted so long. Something about the cute charming graphics, the enjoyable music and the Simpsons voices makes for such an enjoyable combination.

Cool, they opened that place at 4:28 I always found it weird that it was blocked, since the ground has perfect collision, just the apartment that you could walk through it.

It's the same sound. Radical Entertainment developed this game, CTTR and Titans, so they reused to sound for Coins and Mojo

Alejandro Reguera Diaz they added a level 1 version of the power plant area from level 7 where ya got to be like Spider-Man and climb the power plant, I was gonna comment “what” Until I realised he went into the level 7 part of the power plant that was shown as a non-destructive version.

Yes it works, I can't remember if I run it in compatibility or not but it runs perfectly, on windows 10

@@SamSayaz for me it needed like 5 minutes to load a level without compatibility mode for some reason but it works fine if you set it to windows xp.

the base game has issues on windows 10 but the mod launcher adds support/fixes the game for newer pcs

God , I love this. Can you please make a mod Where Waluigi is Trying to get in Smash whilst defeating All of The Other Assist trophies. I Have come up with a stage. Level name : Witches And Wrecks Objective Help Waluigi Stop His Next Victim, Ashley. You, need to Do this by Gathering up evidence of Where She could be possibly lurking. Music: Long black probes theme 1: Follow the Trail of Ice cream and Donuts To The School, She could be there. 2: She's Not, Try Mr Burns mansion. (1:00) 3: not here either. However There's A Note... (It Says, Waluigi, if this is you... Stop What Are Doing... You Are making things worse For yourself. And you know you won't be a fighter, So, Give up...) 4: Try The Cemetery. ( 2:00 ) 5: There She is! Fight! (Ashley is in a zombie car) (Also she has A lot of Health) (4:00) 6: Head Back To Mr burns mansion To Receive your next Reward! 7: Done!

Really miss the scorpion farm joke, hope that makes a comeback as a future side mission. But other than that the rework of the whole power plant area ALONE is worth downloading this. This mission was one of the worst in the game, not because it's the hardest, but because the platforming bullshit was obnoxious and time consuming. Tedious is all I can call it, it was a very TEDIOUS part of the game that felt like a huge derail, even if the torment only lasts like 3 minutes or less. It just sucked to play and it was weird not being able to see any recognizable rooms. I really appreciate how they added all the rooms we've seen before in the series. EDIT: LOL right after I post this I see the old part of the mission is still there. Oh well, it's still nice to have these additional rooms included. It makes the world feel more alive and familiar.

Absolutely brilliant! Hands down, this beats the original Level 1 by a lot! It would be a dream come true if we could see Levels 2-7 someday so we could basically watch the entire game and call it The Simpsons Hit & Run 2! So satisfying how you get to destroy Burns' car! Keep up the great work! ;)

I LOVED that in the mission “Surge To Kill,” there was this/a CAFE/CAFETERIA and/& Mr(.) Burns’(s) OFFICE from level 7/seven in the ORIGINAL game (of The Simpsons Hit & Run) and/& I’m pretty sure it didn’t HAVE ANY of the TRAPPED DOORS 🚪. And/& also TO the cafeteria/cafe there was ANOTHER door (but from that BELOW “wreckage room”). And/& I think they got that new interior design/idea from the “Cops(:) In Springfield” mod by Colou (of course). 4/Four emojis for “great”: 👍 😎 ✅ 🥰.

Make sure you're using the most recent version of Lucas' Simpsons hit and run launcher. There should be version 1.22.3 available for download on the donut team website.

I still can't tell the red of the enemy's health bar apart from the dark background of it. :( It all looks the same unless I really squint. Is this just a color blind problem or something? I never see people bring this up about the game. Also I hope they upscale some of those textures like the side of the vending machines. And can't wait for level 7 remake, one day..

There's probably a few reasons for that. First of all, this channel has 44,000 subscribers, so a built-in audience already exists. In contrast, you have 9, meaning there's not many people who are going to see it straight off. Also, at no point in your video title or description do you state you're playing The Simpsons Hit and Run, meaning the algorithm would likely miss the video and not promote it to its intended audience. Your picture quality and watermarking could do with a little improvement too. This is all constructive criticism which will help your video get seen, trust me! Good luck.

Modify the missions and add some cars and secondary missions that aren't on the original game Sadly the Donut mod 4 only has the level 1 and 2, still on beta version
