The joke is that Schwarzenegger (of whom Wolfcastle is a parody) was suspected of having nazi sympathies because the action movies he made could be considered fascist, he was in the Austrian military as a young man, a Republican, and his father was rumored to have been an actual nazi. Also Hollywood is run by jews and they're skittish about tall blonde strong people who speak German for some reason.
