To the *incredible person* that's seeing this, I wish you all the best in life❤ don't over blame yourself, accept things and go forward. Don't let others define what “success” is for you. Get up, learn the skills needed and get after it, all the keys to a happy life is in your hands. Keep pushing.
No matter whose fault it is, you guys are a team. It was a collective problem, and so I think everyone should be responsible for the mistake. Everyone should fix it.
Great presentation. There are people in the family who are always negative. What you achieved already is never enough unless you're the world's #1 in what you do. A lot of work places involve teamwork. Everybody is more or less specialized in his/her tasks and mistakes do happen. As members of the team, we cross check each other's work. If there is an issue, just hand it back to the person responsible. Tell him to fix the problem and resubmit the work. Remind him to be more careful next time without getting upset. Everybody do carry some responsibility for checking the finished product but not to the point of you fixing the design or editing mistakes of someone else. I've seen workplaces where people don't treat each other as team members. Companies often hire through employment agencies who are the real "employers". You get sent to worksites, complete your work and get paid by the employment agency. The company pay your wages through an agency so it's doesn't have to pay for extra benefits. If you make mistakes, the employment agency would send a replacement the next day. You're not a company employee and it is not obligated to do any training on the job. You're expected to perform from day 1.
every one should be responsibility,, cause if we are representing a team then whether we win or loose it is applicable to all the members in the team ,,....its not the fault of a single member,, cause team spirit and cooperation is more important for a team to success in the given task ,....I think so....
It’s another month of the year. One need to set goals and take a bold step in achieving them. Remember success are not obtained overnight. It’s comes in installments; you get a little bit today a little bit tomorrow until the whole package is given out the day you procrastinate you lose that day of success.
It's not about who has made the fault , rectify it and everyone do your job properly.... and makesure it's not repeated again...blame game goes on forever..
Hey, can you a make a video about how to care and study in winter season? There were so many videos in RU-vid but i am confused what should i do !! Being your subscriber i am requesting you to make a best video. Thank you😊
thank you for the videos they have helped me focus on my school work i just started grade 10 and didn't know what subjects to choose then as I was watching some videos i stumbled upon one of your videos it really helped thanks bro😇😇😇
I think they all should ask themselves, if it was their own mistake. I think people who just blame the others without questioning themselves, will not improve. We are learning and growing from our mistakes.
For whose fault is it, my philosophy is: it is always your own fault. I say this because in most scenarios you can always dig deeper in whose to blame but if you look at it from a certain point of view, you could have done something to prevent what happened. Even when it's not realistic. And though this is probably not the best perspective to look at for blaming, this is the perspective i've been looking at recently. It may be unhealthy for some people to see in this way. But for me i find that it motivates me to care about the small, seemingly insignificant details. *i say most scenarios because in some scenarios where you have nothing to do with the problem you really can't blame yourself. Because otherwise you are just forcing the problem onto yourself and that becomes unhealthy
No matter how fast you can run, if you don't start running, you will be at the same place! If you think you can do it, then do it or else someone else will!
"Take ownership of everything in your world the good and the bad, take ownership of your mistakes, take ownership of your shortfalls, take ownership of your problems and then take ownership of the solutions that will get those problems solved." - Jocko Willink
definetelly it should be responsibility of the team. Noone in that sytuatcion should be blamed alone. If you are a team then a team should make it right
In my opinion, although its everyone's fault, the person taking the blame should be the leader. If you went through it and didn't notice it, then the blame should be on you. Being the leader isn't an easy role and so many responsibilities fall on you, its not going to be easy but taking full responsibility for what happens as well as correcting your teammates when necessary is what a good leader should do.
Everyone, It could have been corrected at any point but wasn't. You guys weren't working as team, but individually and I'm not surprised as I've done this and failed.
Is everyone fault everyone should take responsibility. Cuz you can't just blame someone else that person is going to feel bad and making you yourself feel okay. 🤗😉
5th option: No one should take the weight of responsibility. Everyone had a part, however that doesn't mean that all should feel responsible. It is simply an opportunity for everyone to see their mistakes, to get better, with a clean consciousness.
I'm a child of 14 and their is my national exam but if I fail it I will never go to school and my dream will never comes true, education is soo difficult for me ,please tell me what to do ,I study but I try to understand but it's soo difficult, tell me what to do 😭

Honestly, genetics play a large part, but acting upon your ‘poor’ genetics is YOUR Choice & anyone can succeed with the correct mentality! I improved my Gcse grades from a predicted grade 4 in maths To Achieving A 9/A** at GCSE
I think its mainly your fault, because this is your channel and you should make sure every bit of your video is as you expected, I know the editor did a mistake but You are the one who should make sure that your videos are perfect.
According to me it's everyone's fault. The video editor made a mistake so did the manager. And the owner should have checked the video once before getting it uploaded. They all learned something from this and the probability of them making the same mistake again has decreased .
(Although this comment is too late for the conversation) As for me, the top of the hierarchy should take the blame. If asked why, 'people skills', I'd say : )
As a team, we shouldn't blame the other member and focus on the problem at hand and fix it. Speaking about the fault, I would say it was the editor's mistake and the one who had to review the video before the upload.
I think the editor made the mistake and shouldn't blame it on the team as well as the whole team made a mistake as they didn't all sit to verify their product (the video). Each person should accept his/her faults individually and shouldn't blame it on the whole team.
Ig if u say directly then it's the fault of video editor but in some sense each one of the team member has some faults indirectly may be negligible but imo IT'S THE FAULT OF ALL.
