It's a work of symmetrical beauty thanks for bringing this to my attention I'm of course purchasing one putting a knife that nice in front of me is like putting a bottle of 15 year old single malt scotch whisky it's there for a reason ! 💯🇺🇸💯🇺🇸💯🇺🇸

When Asher Knives was first starting out, they had a fixed blade. It was exactly this design but in DC53 steel. I have one. I always suspected it was an in-house design from the factory that he was working with to produce his models, and they just sold him the model to put his logo on so that he could start getting product out there to sell. I might be wrong about how that process exactly works, but I know this kind of thing happens a lot when new brands show up and start working with these Chinese factories. Anyway, I have gotten some good use out of the knife. I've found it's quite good for batoning kindling because if how crazy thick it is. It's not long, so you won't baton logs lol...but for breaking down smaller things, it splits like crazy and feels indestructible. Great campfire tool. A little too chunky for me to work as an EDC, though...I considered trimming down the bulkiness of the handle scales but haven't gotten around to it.

The contour of the blade is nice. I like a lot of belly in my blades and the edge on that knife is all belly.

Beefy! I’d trade a little bit of blade length for a slightly longer handle. But I have big paws.

My wife often asks me why I need so many knives. I never answer. I just open the door to her shoe closet.

Nice blade and review. I agree with the loop and pocket carry for fixed blades. I like tools up front, not a fan of scout carry.

Question from an amateur: A lot of your knives have shallow or no "hilt" if I am understanding the word, the part that prevents your hand from sliding onto the business part of the knife. Please educate me. Love your channel, keep the videos coming!

I want of guards come in different forms nowadays. This one for example it’s just a huge curve. I encourage everybody to use the pick grip if they’re doing stabbing motions just to double reinforce. Thank you!

Can you remove the G10 spacers or does it mess with the screws I think a Wharncliffe version would be amazing

You obviously haven’t seen the EF136. Oh, your glove size not large…IC😂

I don’t have a long fingers, but my palm is wide and cannot fit in a medium glove. I don’t consider the EF 136 a clip point it looks more like a spearpoint.

Awesome knife. Have you ever tried the "pull the dot" attachment system. I, too, am not a fan of the Tek-lock ( too bulky).
