Sir, I have watched many "home renovation" videos but NONE can compare to this one. Your use of double mortises and tenons, tongue and groove joints, and dowels is superb. I watched every minute and my only regret is that my grandfather who was an old school perfectionist could not be here to admire your craftsmanship. I stand in awe.
I really wanted to see the finished property. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable, skillful, a real craftsman and artist. I love how he used the materials available to him, repurposed old furniture, carved wood and rock, painted, on and on. It was a pleasure to watch him creating.
He is an actor who happen to have skill but I believed the amount of work we saw he did just a bit piece here and there, the rest is.....?????? if he was doing it alone. I am sure it takes more than a year to do it all and never finish the whole story? ...... it is a normal for making MONEY Video and we are fools to click it.

Who doesn't love to see a good craftsman do their work? This guy's eye for details and designs is beautiful to look at. I love how he uses what he has at hand and transforms it beautiful into the building. The joints he uses, with wooden pegs (if needed) are also worth mentioning. Thanks for sharing, it was a bless to watch.

I've watched a lot of these renovations, he is indeed a master! Room by room, he transformed them into beautiful spaces. And the work was focused inside at first, not gardens or other outside work (which get trampled on anyway). Respect for the SIFU (master)! 👏🙏
I am in awe of the master craftmanship this gentleman has shown! So many hand made items, from the doors and windows to the lamps, console table and even the hand inlays of wood! *SWOON*! It's so beautiful! You can't find the equal anywhere in the US unless you're lucky enough to find it at an antique store! BEAUTIFUL!!!

This man is so awesome. What craftsmanship and skill. This is somewhat of a lost art these days. This man did not buy light fixtures, doors, windows, an oven. He only bought electrical outlets. This guy is truly a renaissance man. He builds, sculpts, creates, does woodwork and metalwork, all with a flair for beautiful design and craftmanship. And all of it is from scrap wood, scrap metal, reperposed items and stones found along the byways. He has created an amazing, gorgeous home with totally unique features, stunning aesthetics and carefully thought out new designs that even the best professional home designers would struggle to outdo.
