In this episode we look back at the Moon and Mars hangout from last week. We then focus back on Mars and watch as it rises along with some prominent winter stars and constellations. Then we highlight the peak of the annual Geminid meteor shower once again.

Thank you so much Seth. I'm just north of you in Palatka FL and we have been having some terrible night sky's with all the overcast. I am hoping that tomorrow night will be different as to see the meteor shower. Thanks again. :)

@@MOASDaytona Might look pretty good early in the evening. Past few days have been really foggy after midnight. Camera is ready to go for tonight.

Hi Seth! The Geminids are out favorite shower! 🥰 We caught a BIG ONE one on our dash cam last night!!! It was brighter in person than on video, but it's still impressive even with the distance look of the fish eye lense: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-eKO1Vi3I_M0.html

Happy New Year! Ah yes, that was quite a catch on the dash cam last year! Great footage. Did you get a chance to watch for the Geminids again this year?
