It was brutal though, like half of it was written questions and I was not prepared for that lol, I had to pull out my creative writing skills to make it sound like I knew what the hell I was talking about lol.

this one was ideed impressive but i have few questions! 1:45 you said "which causes myosin to forcefully change back to its relaxed shape!" ,Which one is relaxed shape? The one where it lies down on attaching with ATP or this one ,after power stroke? Secondly, can we say energy is expended during power stroke? Which one amongst power stroke and cross bridge formation is passive?
