Man, great video! I was doing a mostly all meat diet for a year, my Dr hated it, my cholesterol was high but my blood pressure was perfect so I don't really know what to make of that, also towards the end my blood sugar started climbing (type 2 diabetic ) I'm thinking maybe I was eating too much fatty meat, I'm leaning towards trying it again. If you've got any tips I'd appreciate it!
