Your video is so correct,myself and other Family and friends have all been renters at some stage, everyone of us has had a real estate agent pick on the final inspection and in many cases unreasonable so, the problem is they want you to pay rent use a property as your home but with no ware or tare. It’s very unreasonable and unrealistic. My feeling is if your the Landlord go and fix your property you have been highly paid for the use of it. I have zero tolerance for this behaviour in Australia.

You just always have the right word and your editing game is 💯 you see that condition report is not to be joked with, those guys are just looking for a way not to give you that money back but as you said make sure you have evidence because you go explain tire if no evidence 😂

Go Chioma! I didn't know sugar soap could banish those unsightly paint bruises. Thought it only removed discoloration from the paint due to whatever... 🙂

It works really well to remove wall stains especially on bright white paint. Use with caution on coloured paint. Thanks for watching.

Hi Chioma, Thanks for sharing your experience, I have been watching your videos for a while now and can't help wondering. What is the maximum leasing term in Australia? Having to move in and out within a year can be stressful.

You can sign a 6 or 12-month lease and renew for the same lease term at the end if you wish.

Good day please is bank statement needed for 482 visa in Australia my agent is asking for it and I will like to know if I apply for the visa how long I need to wait for it to be out?

All the information you need is on the immigration website. My knowledge of anything visa-related is limited to what is on that website. Beyond that, I don't know.
