Hi all,
Let's discuss Self Care and the ways we can look after ourselves without giving into the consumerist focus promoted on social media. At the end of the day it should be about wellness and wellbeing, not how much we spend buying products or following trends.

Thank you so much for this, I had my papsmear more than two years ago and I got a letter from my Gp last month to book one but I didn't🥹🥹 Usually they say every 3 years but it hurt me the last time🤣🤣 I'll see if I can do one soon, thanks for the reminder. I also need to start exercising, it could be hard work but It needs to be done.
