I have owned SA since it launched, and I have been very disappointed. The nature looks dull, no good weather effects, and the animations are clunky. Will they ever fix this game? Probably not.
I rewatched the entire series and right now i'm here. I went from arma 2 to dayz standalone to back to arma 2 and now arma 3. This is better then any tv show, movie, or pornhub video.

I know Frankie plays DayZ in a cinematic way, and a lot of it is staged. But this is the most staged any of his videos have ever felt. It just didn't feel real anymore. I still loved the video don't get me wrong.
I personally like the staged video's because if you have played the game you would understand how hard it is to get good gameplay but your entitled to your opinion

I love these videos. They all have distinct themes and areas and cool events. The cave, the mini gun, the flooded town, the huge hoard out side of a fully fledged base, and a peaceful countryside house being boarded up and slept in, love it all!
I love when I start the video at 7k views, and at the end I refresh and its up to 58k. I have been a fan of Frankie for as long as I can remember. He is simply to best RU-vidr out there. The amount of effort he puts into each video is above all. His fan base is #1.
+Robot Joe just so you know. The reason he wasnt uploading is because he got laser eye surgery (said it on facebook) and he couldnt play games for a while because of it.
The video quality on YT really sucks. Could you upload the original video somewhere? The visuals in this mod look really nice this is why I am asking for the "original".
+Znarf176 It seems like he put to much of a lossy compression on it and then YT just made it worse, it's a combination of both parties compression that make it look horrible.

I really do miss these videos. I go back and watch his series from the original mod and Im thankful. Not only was it a great time for zombi sh*t with Walking Dead being brand new and all. It also inspired me to build my first PC and get into Arma and DayZ and experience this stuff on my own. I only wish I built one before BF3 came out. BF3 on PS3 ended up being a hard pill to swallow.

This whole thing was like a short movie, meeting a couple of Friendly's at the beginning, finding the sniper that killed your friend, taking out the guys that shot you down, getting revenge on the guy that shot and robed you before fixing the helicopter and escaping. Loved it
Holy shit the bitrate of this video is horrible, even in 1080p. Once you look around in the forest, all the textures go mushy. I wish you had a higher bitrate or at least higher video resolution so it doesn't make me sick watching all the blur
I know, but usually, if you upload a video in 2k or even 4k, the bitrate is a lot better, even if you're watching it only on a 1080p screen. So maybe he should upload in higher resolution than 1080P ;)
Oxiban Craft By the time I was watching it, which was several hours after the upload, 1080p was the highest. Usually right after the upload, you only get 480 or 720p, so I figured, since 1080p was already available, it was done rendering...

The DayZ "standalone" devs should be embarrased by all these Arma 3 DayZ mods. They are developed by people in their free time and still manage to have all the features DayZ claimed they would have like fortifying buildings and more including zombies that don't teleport through walls. 3 years on and official DayZ still doesn't have bicycles which were promised before it was even available to play. Fucking pathetic when you think about it.

Frankie that intro gave me the chills and you showed definitely start making short films in dayz or even different one that you could put a back story. An you got so much talent when it comes to add music or makin a intro for your vid! i love you frankie you are awesome at what you do and keep doing it! :)
