The Snyder Cut is coming to theatres. Why now? 

Something is fishy about this. Why release only now? I have a theory: WB needs money to pump James Gunn's projects. So knowing that Snyder has a huge fan base, they are baiting the fans to spend $$$ with this theatrical release of ZSJL. And if we fans don't take this bait, they will blame Synder. What do you guys think?

He is not releasing the SNYDER CUT everywhere.. only a handful selected theaters in California.

I think WB just wants it to flop and tell the fans "see, nobody cares about the Synderverse." It's just to drive home the point to kill the DCEU for good and get us to buy into James Gunn's vision.
