The Soozier Sissy Squat Machine Is Great For Your Garage Gym | My Review 

I was looking for a piece of gear to add to my backyard gym that would help build out my quads and decided to grab a Soozier 3 in 1 Sissy Squat machine. Sissy Squats are one of the best ways to isolate your quads and the machine is a great way to do it while putting minimal pressure on the spine. With this piece of gear you can get a full body workout not only targeting the quadriceps and glutes, while strengthening your knee and hip joints but you can also perform sit-ups, push-ups, dips and a host of other muscles that I show in this review that help strengthen your core, biceps, and lats to name a few.
