Can you make the reps step up or down automatically with each rep? Like say you wanted to bench, have it set to go up 10 lbs each rep? Also can you program it for the eccentric to be unequal to the concentric?
My man !!amazing guide . Im having a hard time trying to find the Lat pulldown for the fitness reality cage ( it goes from $170 and up ) i only paid $100 for the cage 😂. I tough about buying the one from Balance form for $80 and see how to adapt it .
I am in love with this machine after searching ALL WEEK for the perfect system. BUT IT IS TOO HIGH! Can the pull up bar be installed upside down? I am not tall, so a lower bar won't hurt me. I just MUST be lower than 87" for my garage door. No choice!
Let me take a look at it and see if its structurally possible. I'm not really sure if it would actually work though. I'll get back to you later this morning.
Hi, thank you Sir. Mikolo wrote me yesterday to suggest the M3 or F4, as it cannot be inverted. This machine was the first one I wanted to buy right away too! But thank you very much
Yeah I got one a few weeks ago and they made all the improvements you talked about it. I love it. Use it almost everyday. Because of you I chose to get it.
I'm glad you got one man. I love that machine! It's been my straight up work horse for a year. I'm about to send it over to my boys crib to use the M7 and I'm hating that I'm going to loose that 2:1 pulley ratio.
Did you try to use the leg attachment up side down to do nordic curl? Seems like it could work no? Maybe you'd need to dig holes on the other side for this to work? Thanks for the review.
Thanks for reviewing these, Vern! I really appreciate that you take the time to break down equipment that the average Joe could potentially afford, use and have space for.
I try to keep it real for all the average Joes out there because I'm one of em! I appreciate you taking time to watch and comment too! Thank you for the support!
