I love the golf moment the most. Tony is never really offended by anything through out all the seasons. But one little sentence about how he dropped that ball back in high school, and its worse then any hit junior could put out on him lol
Tony’s facial expression at 7:34 is the best acting of the entire show. He really portrayed childhood hang ups still bothering an adult like 40 years later perfectly lol.
@@stephanodigiorgio1090 Well, the joke is about Uncle Junior "going down" on his mistress. 'South of the border' is the name of a 1939 #1 pop single and _going_ south of the border is a slang phrase for giving oral sex.
1:19 I was debating who was my favorite character between Hesh and Silvio, but after rewatching Silvio crack Fat Dom over the head with a dustbuster3000, I think Silvio is my favorite
I'll never understand what Fat Dom's goal was, you don't even joke like that with good friends... He literally went to Satriales and screamed at the top of his lungs "KILL ME PLEASE!!!" Oh and that rat bastard Carlo showed the audience for the first time his true colors "Sil hit him first."
He was taking a jab at the "glorified crew" new York saw themself bigger, better and more hardass than the new jersey mob. He most likely thought himself untouchable and went there to fuck around and find out.
Paulie sniffing christophers girlfriends underwear and then getting mad that tony found out. like wtf. Also 7:30 Tonys utter disbelief that anyone even dared dream of speaking to him like the way uncle Junior does to him in this scene is hillarios. These few seconds of anger, insult, and confusion on Tonys face are satisfyingly hilarious 😂🤣
I went to school with a girl that was very attractive with a big friendly personality, that was different than other girls of her beauty. Her name was Lora and she later dated and was engaged to James G (Tony S.), and was with him 4-5 years and then they split up. On the final 24, which is a show about a celebrity's last 24 hrs it said that James G, in the mo's b4 his death was trying to re-connect with Lora, and was in a bad and depressed state. He ended up dying at age 51, and 6 or so years later Lora slipped and hit her head on the pool deck while visiting her mother, when her mother was at the store and she died at 51. Just weird and her and I weren't great friends anymore but we chatted on FB regularly, and b4 James died I'd ask her what was up with her and Tony, just messing w/ her when I knew they were split. Both were great ppl and I think the stardom James had with this show screwed him up because in real life he was nothing like Tony S.
7:46 Tony has to relive the trauma of not catching a baseball all over again when he repressed it with all the murder just for him to always bring it up
How is that interesting. Guy from the NY family rubs in their face that he can do whatever they want to the captain from the New Jersey family. Doesn't matter if Carlo was a fan of the guy or not.
@@siemniak he was insulted after fat Dom caught on that he was getting under Carlos skin. Again, Carlos first response when he heard the news was Vito should be killed. Didn’t matter if he was part of the family or not.
Yes he was a brilliant actor. It's crazy how he can just conjure up this anger and make it seem so raw and real. I saw a video where he would kinda psych himself up before some of those scenes so he could get himself in an agitated mood. I think that's part of method acting but I could be mistaken. Either way, he was truly brilliant in all of the scenes he was in. :)
In any mobster show or movie, breaking balls is always followed up by breaking necks. Maybe just don't say that you're "just breaking balls"? "Hey. Luigi! Your mudder can kiss my dog's ass! Okay? " "What d'ja say, what? "Your mudder can kiss my dog's ass!" "Fair enough. Yuh got me so fahr? Thought fawh a momentcha were breakin' my balls"
Idk I always felt bad for Chris. He was manipulated his entire life. Junior killed his father and told him it was a corrupt cop. All because he laughed when he slipped on stairs. Breaking balls aside. Pauly sniffs his girls panties, then acts like it’s not a big deal. He’s got a drug addiction on top of that. Then he’s gotta give up his fiancée to get whacked bc she talked to the FBI. Then has Pauly steal from his next father in law. Only to be killed by Tony later cuz he wasn’t going to keep doing well sober.
He sent his fiancée to her death cuz he didn't want to give up the mafioso life for witness protection. He killed his screenwriter friend in cold blood cuz his fee-fees got hurt. He crippled a guy selling donuts cuz he didn't like his attitude. Chris is a psychopath like the rest of em
from 12:52 "Oh! Chef Osso Bucco. This is a rare pleasure, or is it medium well? Just a little restaurant humour. So you know, uh, if you brought along a pair of dirty chef whites my friend here will suck out the stains for you." That sound Raphie makes when he does that thing under Vito's triple chin, get's me every time. LMFAO big time!
