He had a chance if he killed Phil as well , then got shelter at Rusty and L.Carmine and plan to kill Johnny Sack. Here in this show, we see how unlike in the real life bosses and underbosses like Tony, Johnny Sack, Phil, Silvio don't have any bodyguard

@@5urg3x Robert Loggia and Buscemi had different story lines. Loggia couldn't finish his lines. Feech was supposed to be friends with Tony. not go to Jail. so hence why Angelo said that. They made Tony B close to Angelo instead of Tony S close to Feech
