Biggest take away is drawing out the funnel myself and then listening to the step by step of how a sponsor thinks to make their goal. I was able to see the direct correlation and how to move past the awareness phase.

Understand the prospects wants and build your activations from there. Use activations to move potential customers down a partners sales funnel. Activations that are closer to the bottom of the funnel are worth more, but don't neglect activations that are higher in the sales funnel.
The biggest takeaway from this one is that we should put ourselves in the shoes of the potential sponsors. Which only means - do your research and base your offer on it!
