I love your knives, please keep supplying different types of steels at affordable costs, it's so ahead of all other companies, and that's why u guys are number 1
What's the chance of us seeing a Mule in CPM Rex 54 in the future (M4 Modified with Cobalt)? Looks like a really interesting steel for knives. And on the Crucible page, it says it should be an upgrade from M4, and substitute Rex 45 in most cases. I'm paraphrasing from memory here. But considering you have worked with a lot of the Rex steels, I think it would be really cool to see what Rex 54 can do as a blade steel.
Mule Teams are only available through Spyderco.com. We ship globally! We announce new Mule Teams through the Spyderco forum in the Mule Team section first and then through our other social media pages.
A good concept as I like using a fixed blade knife without scales or just wrapping some paracord if needed. I don't care about having a plethora of steels, to each their own. I find one good steel and I stick to it. The fact that bothers me is that you are putting sixteen holes of various sizes in a knife with a overall length of 194mm. You clearly have an obsession. A fixed blade knife with no holes in the blade with only three or even two holes in the handle for scales and one hole for lanyard is not good enough?
This is an essentially imaginary product. Sells out in a day to collectors and never to be seen again. This is not meant to be used by the general hobbyist. Seriously, why bother and why bother advertising it?
Have you not seen the mule forum? Plenty of guys, myself included, pick these up and put them through the wringer. There’s a bunch of qualitative, end user data on Magnacut being compiled as we speak because of the mule team blades…
