We don't need a law to film in public. Under English common law we are free to do as we choose unless the law prohibits it. Freedom and England; two concepts this jumped up, middle class fool struggles to understand.
The Law permits it but most of our Police do not realise this or choose to ignore the law and impose their own will upon people they see filming in pubkic
I have never known such danger to freedom and democracy in my 65 years. I am terrified not knowing what is going to happen to us. I almost wished I believed that ignorance is bliss! I am Irish & unfortunately a hell of a lot of our younger women & some old ones also have become very ridiculous & quiet mad , They don't do any research about bandwagons before jumping on with the crowd.
I am always amazed at how little these protesters know about their cause they are actively protesting. At least the elderly lady has an open dialogue although had mistaken beliefs. The aggressive red-haired lady tried to intercede and protect the false narrative from being debunked through a peaceful conversation. The truth will eventually prevail and many of these ignorant protesters will feel stupid for being easily manipulated. Protesting for a true cause is noble. Sadly, The Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, Hezbollah, and Palestinian Islamic Jihad are NOT those deserving of your support. Extremist Islamist fundamentalists only vote left as they are easily used and perceived as having no values and fear conservatives who have principles and are not easily brainwashed.
Problem is, when they wake up to the truth they will be blaming the 'Truthers' for not making them aware like the vaxxers were blaming the anti-vaxxers for not warning them not to take the c19 vaccine after they were injured.
These poor lost women aren't carrying a silly sign around town because they care about a war they can't begin to understand. They're carrying those signs to convince themselves that they're "VIRTUOUS." As you can see, they couldn't answer simple basic questions about the conflict between Israel and Hamas. That means they weren't interested in doing the work needed to understand the conflict... that wasn't the goal. The goal was "self flattery" or, in other words, wrapping themselves up in "VIRTUE." You may otherwise know this as "VIRTUE SIGNALING." A favorite pass time of the left these days.
It is stupidity that has no cure. Ignorance can be healed by learning wholesome things, Truth, instead of living as a mere animal (eating, drinking, work, sex, Netflix, etc).

Ignorance as a phenomenon in a society has the effects of a Trojan Horse. The enemy will always exploit this immense vulnerability of a society, of a country. This is why quality education is essential even for the national security of a country. The ignorant always has firm convictions and never doubts.
When I was young we always respected and looked up to our elders for wisdom. I'm sorry to say that first old woman you interviewed certainly negates this previously held view. At times, it has to be said, 'There's no fool like an old fool'. One good point in her favour though, was she did put that nosy 'white knight to the rescue' Irish girl in her place. As for that woman at the end. That was ignorance off the radar.
It used to be the work of pastors to teach and preach religion. Now it is the duty of politicians on the 'Right' to make Christianity fashionable again. Old Christianity was milk. Khamenei would do much better with these protesters in Iran than with the ordinary Iranians...and this has got nothing to do with the Hamas propaganda, however, it has everything to do with people's "understanding" of what's happening around them...Perhaps opposition would have a better strategy in educating foreigners than taking part in "TV Chat Shows"...
