Stay strong Wil. My mother passed away last night on your birthday. I thought I would be a stronger person but it's so hard.. Your one of my inspiration to start vlogging and for that I want to thank you. Keep the positive attitude, it got my mother 14 extra years.

Ok, so I am not one of your typical followers. I am 52 years old...I have a daughter older than you. lol I first found your videos searching for content on PI. My wife is a Filipina and I hope to one day retire in that happy place. I was pulled into following you because of your energy and positive attitude. Something I needed at the time because my Dad was fighting cancer (bladder) at the time. Needless to say you, Daniel, your sister and a few others gave me a much needed break from the stress of life and my Dads condition. My wife and I watched you as you traveled and she enjoyed it as much as I did. Sadly, my dad passed 5 weeks ago, and I am still having a hard time coping with it. Cancer is a terrible thing and it has no conscious for its victims. My Dad was my hero and he lived a pretty full life. I am grateful for the time we had together. When I saw your video about your diagnosis I felt the pain all over again.. Weird huh? Well, my young friend, you are a part of the family now and I cant stand to see someone so young and FULL of life go through this . You have great parents , a sister, and friends...literally thousands, who love you and will be there for you. Use that energy! Continue to be positive and beat this thing for your self and people like me who feel they have a vested interest in you. My Dad couldn't do it , but I know you can. I look forward to watching many more videos of your travels and experiences. Maybe we will meet in Manila someday. happy birthday and I hope you get to hear that for many, many more years.

got leukemia and went through all of those chemo and radiation stuff when I was 3 in SF too.. (I'm 24 now) if a little girl can fight it, you sure can kick that cancer's ass goodbye.. so just keep fighting. :)

I just beat cancer 6 months ago. The physical and mental stress of it is going to be tough, but just remember to take it one day at a time. You got this. Just fight as hard as you can even when you feel like you don't have anything left.

Hey Wil, you are very inspirational. I see a lot of me in you when I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. I was 27 years old and was diagnosed 2 weeks after I was married. All you can think of is the unknown and it's scary. But let that unknown be your driving force. Leave it in Gods hands that's what I did as well and I found a lot of closure. They told me I was probably not even able to have kids. When they went in a second time to do my biopsy on my ovary, they took a sample of my uterus and behold the dreaded cancer had spread to that to. At this point I was at my lowest but you know what in the back of my mind I knew I was going to fight this with all I had, and I was going to prove all the doctors wrong and we would have our own biological baby. Fast forward 2 years ahead, I am now a survivor and we're expecting our first baby. Anything is possible Wil. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers and am sending you all the positivity in world to get through this.

So many video blogs I've seen from you and they all made me laugh. But ever since you announced that you have Cancer, the laughter was invaded by sadness and makes me want to cry at times. But like everybody say, it's "Life" and no mater what you do to change your destiny it cannot be changed but can only add new wonderful things to improve it. I know that life can be very unfair at times and we may even try to question GOD for those things that we cannot control but at the end of the day it all comes down to your in life "Mission" and you found yours and that is to entertain the whole world and to show everyone how wonderful all God's creations. You've traveled the Word and you showed each and everyone of us how much potential it has. I am not a religious person but I Believe in God and trust what he wants me to accomplish in this world and I know that you did that and you will continue to do more. Perhaps things will change in the future and God will give you another mission in life. On the other note, your family will always be there to support you for all the things you will need and that will keep you STRONG ! Hold on tight buddy, I know that you will overcome these challenges. I hope that this message "Wil" get to you some day. May God Protect and give you more Strength to Live a Healthier Long Life....

Hey bro, I appreciate your modest courage and your incredible positivity in all you do. Have been watching you for some time now and enjoy your vid-life very much. I have finally subscribed due to the seriousness of your vlogs. I truly don't want a replay of the memories my dear Nola who had gone thru in her time before returning to heaven in 2009. I am a retired US Navy corpsman, spent most of my time with the US Marines in medical support. My wife Nola, a beautiful Christian woman of Irish/Scottish descent was enjoying the beach life in Carlsbad, CA from leaving the weather and single life in Indianapolis. Then later she was dx'd with osteosarcoma or bone ca for a 47 y/o woman. Very uncommon for a female at that age. My point as I could go on and on as like your dear sister Haley (smiles), I won't. However, there is a lot you can do to minimize any exacerbation of your condition. No, I am not an MD or an oncologist but gathered some info that may help us all evade the weakening of our immune systems from everyday external elements. Continue to be aerobic, getting the most of the available O2. Drink filtered alkalized, not acidic water. The lemon in the water is trick, which you did at my fave, In-and-Out blog. Keep all EMF devices off your body or proximity, to include laptops, cellphones, PET, CT scans (or any radiological apparatus to include airports). Continue to have a fresh, organic diet. Stay clear of consuming gmo processed foods. Continue to seek wisdom from your Creator. Cherish your wonderful parents, sibling and all of family and extended families. Continue being positive and to learn of medicine outside the conventionally known medicine as we know it. (View Ricky Simpson video on RU-vid and other related informational videos.) Be open to ALL of your possibilities and please do your due diligence and the utmost of your natural discernment. I will leave at that as not to inundate you with information overload. wil!!!! when I had colon cancer stage 3 in 2009 back in Cebu, we have same symptoms i was first diangosed of severe anemia cause i collapsed one day and rbc was 4 while norm is 14 for female.. i was sicker than you! i needed to have blood transfussion 1s a week and iron injection 3x a week! i weighed 78lbs totally skin and bones! always in bed coudnt get up couldnt walk as i was just too weak...now im in USA for 5yrs now, alive and living a happy life but still i do my routine screenings every yr but so far ive been good and clear from cancer...God is sooo good Wil! He saved me and now gave me a beautiful life..sure He is gonna be good to you too cause God is with you and He loves you for you are a beautiful person! I drank glasses of turmeric with bit of pepper 3x a week when I had my cancer. I am a survivor for 2 years now. I feel what you feel in a way, you felt like you suddenly lost the time to accomplish your life goals. But dont be disheartened. Never let it stop you from enjoying life and living it.

Hey Wil, this is Ruth. I got to know you last week because of my husband who is fond of you. When I watched your videos, I definitely understood why. You definitely know how to connect and immerse, especially with the Filipino culture. I laugh at your jokes and smart convos, when I am the person who can tell which is corny and not. When I received a news feed on my phone that you are diagnosed with cancer, my instinct told me it is too early for this young man, but, an opportunity to tell the world thru your influence, that cancer is not terminal at all. It maybe just a hard budge, but slowing down, getting a holistic treatment and most of all, leveraging on a greater Being , I believe, should altogether be a STRONG weapon. We can do this! I am now extremely sad I have never seen your channel before. Binge watching it aaallll. I know it doesn't really help to say that I'm sorry that you had to go through this. But I will say that you are handling this amazingly well. Please, continue staying positive no matter how bleak the times may be, no matter how challenging it will become from here on out. If you don't mind me being religious, I want to pray for you. :) I'll ask my church friends to pray for you too. Don't overthink, give your body the rest it deserves. STAY POSITIVE" I believe that you'll surely overcome this, Wil. Hi Wil, it never occurred to me that one day I will be commenting on your vlog because I'm just so happy to be a "spectator" of your life. I fully agree when you said "It's one of the toughest things ever in my life" after going through CT scan. I went under CT scan too and was there inside that "horrifying", "will scare-the-monster-in-you" equipment. I had 2 hours there around 5 years ago. Lucky your parents were with you because for my case I had to do it alone. But the presence of Pinoy as the technician made magic!! Aside from keeping you still which resembles to me as coffin, it has this sound which makes the experience more tough. The word of "Kabayan, kaunti minutes na lang" made me feel home. :) Talk about the will to survive. I know all the more you can go through every step courageously and victoriously because of the presence of your parents. Just go through every step to fight cancer because in the end I know you will always tell yourself, "It all worth your every fight, the will to fight for your life!"💕 Let the presence of every person who loves you remind you every time there is a temptation to ask for the purpose of this "season of your life" that your life is worth fighting for!! We are coming to a million and that would be more enough to keep you going. I know it will make sense one day. :) Just trust (cliche in may sound) to the Author of Greatest Travel (our life) that He has still the greatest plan for Your travel. I remain your fan.

Hi Wil! I am so happy seeing how positive you are in your life. My partner has End Stage Renal Disease secondary to Chronic Glomerolunephritis and is now undergoing hemodialysis treatment 3x a week. It's not easy to go through stuffs like these but watching your videos give me hope that everything will be fine. I like what you said on your previous vlog that "It's not the years in your life, but the life in your years that count." I am so proud of you.
