The part at 2:07 with the bells transitioning into the sound effect used in the show is used in such a genius way. It just snaps you back from the increasingly choking horror to the show and that sudden transition from unfamiliar torture to a familiar sound typically followed by joyful emotions is absolutely brilliant, I can't help but admire it over and over

I love how steve is not potrayed as the distressed protagonist in this one, he fears nothing, he is utterly unmoving and stoic, one thinks that this happened thousands of times to him, that it happens daily, but he is unflinching and brave, in this he shows true strenght.

Given that family feud has been running since 1976 I feel like these bell creatures are all the forgotten past contenders that have been forsaken for losing. The creatures have some vain hopes that they can reappear on the show and redeem themselves hence the "Steve, look at me part" but this cannot be done.
