In his first letter to Lucilius, Seneca advises him to “Gather and Save time like Flowers”. Stoics firmly believed that “Time is Finite”, time is irreplaceable, it is a non-renewable resource and is the most important thing in our lives. According to Stoics, the majority of our time is wasted on useless pursuits, distractions and pointless activities, and that is why, they talk about having a mindful approach to time management and to stop wasting this precious resource. In this video, I have talked about the philosophy of Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, Epictetus and other Stoic philosophers to describe the concept of time management.
