This is my take on Nagelsmann and European football. Nagelsmann is without a doubt the best and brightest young manager in football today, but I think that if he really wants to develop and grow even more as a manager, he should leave Germany after 4 or 5 years and go to Spain, where he can take over at Barcelona. To me, Barcelona identifies and develops youth better than any other club in the world. Real Madrid is on top right now because they have more money and Barca is rebuilding, but I expect Barca to catch and maybe even pass them in 4 or 5 years. I think that Inter Milan is going to re-establish itself as the top club in Italy over the next few years and I would love to see Napoli succeed, but I don't think they have the financial resources to pass Inter, at least not yet. I don't really like English football right now because other than Liverpool, Arsenal, and Manchester United, all the top clubs in that country just try to buy silverware. Chelsea and Man City were not big clubs before Abramovich and they won trophies because they were bought out by insanely wealthy foreign investors. Liverpool, Arsenal, and United won pretty much all their silverware primarily with superior scouting, management, and player development. United, for example, was pretty much an underachieving mid table club before Ferguson took over and totally revamped their youth academy. It took them about 5 years to really become competitive and Ferguson was almost sacked before all of his hard work finally paid off. Liverpool was in a similar (but slightly better) situation before Klopp took over. To me, every EPL trophy that Man City bought when Klopp came in second should go to Liverpool. I don't dislike Guardiola, but he is winning right now because he has more money and better players, not because he is the better manager and the same was true at Bayern Munich and possibly at Barcelona (though I can't remember who all of Real Madrid's players were back then). I think that whoever comes out on top in Serie A should be the club to watch in Champions League next year. I am not saying that an Italian club will win it, but Serie A is rapidly improving as a league from top to bottom, especially clubs like AC Milan. Any one of about 4 or 5 clubs could win the Scudetto next year. You can't say that about any of the other top leagues.
That's why still germany A great power in football gives young coaches the opportunity klopp tuchel and now nagelsmann I hop he become the forth german manager win champions league in row
I think that with exception of Pep Guardiola, the best coaches in the World right now are mostly German. In fact, the last 3 CL-winners were all trained by German coaches and chances are pretty good that the same will happen this season.
I bet the 2022 UCL final might be a fight btw. Nagelsmann's Bayern and Tuchel's Chelsea, two great tacticians and talented coaches, looking forward to that.
Naglesmann has a stronger team than Flick's 19-20. If we keep this up, we will win the UCL again. This will be a great few years for Bayern and Germany. Flick will tear up the WC2022 with his current squad and Nagelsmann will tear up Europe.
It’s crazy tuchel, klopp, and Julian have a Career that intertwined with each other. Tuchel got influence from tuchel, tuchel was under klopp now all a world class managers in their own way.
Klopp is the best german coach ever no doubt pure coaching ability improving young players and waking sleeping giants in mainz dortmund and Liverpool his football and passion is unbelievable it will be forever before another coach wins back to back titles against bayern and a cup off them in style just the best ❤️
@@johnlau6749 Flick turned a toothless Bayern into ferocious beast that will hound you down from the get go. It's great, mind you, and highly entertaining. However, on the long run, it's not very sustainable. Nagelsmann came and tweak things up and now the have more harmonious tempo that they can adjust mid-game (the latest match against Freiburg is a good example).
I love him and respect him so much . I have been following him since Lipezig and I was so happy when he came to Bayern. A real genius. But most importantlya loveable and great personality
Well, he is only 34 years old. Many coaches work until they are 70 years old. So, that leaves 36 seasons to win the UCL and he is already at a top team. I may not be alive when he does, but I think it is relatively safe to say that he will :-).
This is an emotional and inspiring story. Ending a career before it started but didn't give up on his life by retiring his football dream. Nagglesman thank you for inspiring a lot of individuals across the globe on sticking to your passion no matter the setbacks.
We are immensely lucky and fortunate to have him as our coach and our boss! His brilliance, passion and his love for the club just makes it even better. Hope we grow together! #AntiJinxHashtag Thank you Mr. Fashionable!
Julian Nagelsmann needs to win his first trophy as a manager and this season’s German Bundesliga is plausible. No one knows who will win the UEFA Champions League from the group stages, so FC Bayern Munich are just one of the favourites that can be doomed in the later stages.
Before i was thinking hi will do wonders with Rb Leipzig and win Bundesliga title like Jurgen klopp but now I'm disappointed about him why bayern munich I don't understand
This coach is genius, unfortunately for him that he couldn't get any major trophy from 2 previous clubs that he joined at, but now at Bayern Munchen I see that he will doing wonder with this big club
